The name Dean R. Wilcox keeps showing up on caller id but when answered no response/answer, on both times

I got the same call. The name Dean R Wilcox shows up on caller ID and when you call the number it says it is not a working number. Numerous calls from 336-745-8963

I don't know who on earth Dean R. Wilcox is, but I have sure as hell blocked them from EVER calling me again. The name Dean R. Wilcox showed up on my caller ID, but when I called the number back a woman by the name of Emma has a recorded message inviting callers to leave her a message! Weird. Get a life people!
