These frickin idiots call me and I never have ever had a loan of any sort with these stupid people.

Just received a call from this number and an automated message:

i don't have any business and never have with capital one and i got a call from one of these numbers. weird

My mother and me have our name on the loan,she passed away I told them I will be behind,Capitol one call,while we had people at the house,for the gathering,my sister and friends took turns answering the phone,a number of times telling them,my mother died,and to please stop harrassing us at this moments,they still insisted on calling asking when I could pay,Now a couple of years later,when I running late,they leave a message in her name,I told them numberous times she passed,theydefer a payment for me,When I ask again about defering again they said 6 months later,But now they change their story and say one yeat later.And yes different numbers they used.

I had the same thing happen except except the 541-368-7885 called first and then an hour and a half later the 347-274-8162 called.

Received this call through company switchboard - when answered caller hung up.  This call followed another hang up received from 541-368-7885.

CAPITAL ONE IS DISGUSTING! I have paid them over $23,950.00, and have only been a few days late on one of my payments, they constantly call my cell 10 to 12 x's a day, and now they are badgering my dad's house and he has a heart condition, and I already asked them NOT to call my dad's house, because of his health. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT for their customers, and I refuse to let them bully me around anymore! I told them I am changing my cell phone and they will not get the new number. Also, I told them they can come get the car if they want. Well, they are not interested in getting the car because they've already got stuck with a bunch of cars that they can't sell. So, apparently the repo business is not paying any money these days. I told them that I will mail them the next payment when I get it, most probably at the end of February or mid-March, but calling me 10 x's a day will not help me make more money. It will only aggravate me and get nothing accomplished. WE ARE IN A RECESSION! What about that don't these guys get? I will NEVER do an auto loan with them again! They clearly get a bonus for nagging me & forcing a payment out of me, even when I can't afford it! They have been bullying me around for 4 years now & I'm done! I'm not paying them until I can take care of my other bills first!

If you do business with Capital One Auto Finance you are simply a fool.

Consider a Google Voice Number to give next time you sign up for anything.  There are several ways to deal with numbers in, and not in your address book.

my only phone is my cell..just went thru it to change my ring tone to "no ring" for all the capitol one numbers and from dec 17 to jan 7 there are 17 different numbers.  now i have 17 capitol one numbers in my contact list. took me about an hour to track all them numbers down.  ain't that a bunch of crap. one year left to pay.  i don't know if my cell phone will hold any more numbers if they keep this crap up.

I almost forgot the most important part...the phone numbers they use are as follows; (1) 347-274-8162, (2)  972-378-4101 . I'm sure there are more but these are a couple of them. Good Luck

Your options are as follows; "pay now or can I take a payment now". Then, after spending 10 useless minutes on the phone with them, at the end of the phone call they always say, "can I help you with anything else today?", as if they helped you !! They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I even emailed them about their customer service and got the usual scripted response about how their customer satisfaction is very important to them and to please call for assistance....yeah right. OK, I'm done

Capital One is truly the worst.  I have friends that may be over 30 days late and dont get the harassed as bad as Cap one customers.  They call all day every day from all different numbers.  I am in the process right now of getting out of this car with them and going to anything else that has a little more respect for their customers.  I will there was a way that we can boycott Capital one.

I too am receivcing increased calls from CapOne. I lost my job last year and sometimes fall a month behind. They used to call once a day when I was late, lately they have been bantering me excesively. I can't make another payment for 2 weeks. Anyone know these "options" they have????

Yes that is the way they do business and you have to watch it because they call from different numbers all the time.  Different area codes, the main one is 972, but then there is the 347, and countless others and it does not matter how many times you talk to them and explain what the problem is, it does not matter.  It is useless.  I have asked them to change my due date and they will not, they say I have to refinance and I am not about to do that, I asked to have a payment put to the end of the loan.  Nope you have to be up to date, well if I were up to date I would not have to worry about it.  Five days is fives days, they call if you are one day behind, because then it goes into the next billing and you are actually one month late.  They are the worst when it comes to customer service as well.

I got a call today from this number. Caller ID listed "NWYRCYZN07 NY" as the name.  It was a hang up..  Called back it was Capitol One. Told them last month I am going to be about 26 to 28 days late.  Mortgage company went under and I went several months without knowing where to send my house payment to. Then my property taxes lapsed, and house insurance got canceled. Escrow nowhere be found... I had to pay house insurance and property taxes out of pocket.. Now the new company servicing my loan immediately wants 4 payments by the end of the month.. Told Capitol One there's nothing I can do and I have no other options right now. I am going to be late until I get my mortgage problems straightened out, or until I get refund back on the payments that escrow was suppose to pay. I am about 2 grand short right now.. They won't defer a payment, and I can't pay them ASAP. If my mortgage company refunds me back for the property taxes and insurance.. I will be fine.. They can't defer a payment, and I can't pay them ASAP.. Calling me 10+ times a day isn't going to make money magically appear in my mailbox.. :)

I think it's Capital One Auto Finance. My payment is 5 days late and whenever I am 5 days late I get relentless calls from all over the U.S. I got several today 22 to be exact. All are from Capital One Auto or their relentless harassers. Don't ever be late with them. The way they bombard you is insane. It's got to be illegal.
