Received a call stating the were a lawyer for a legal company and ready to sue me. They wanted my cell phone number, work number and address. Yhea right

this number is calling my employment and my cell at least 12-15 times aday , i'm worried . they got all my info from my dumb butt being online appling for pay loans.  can they sue me

Just received a call from this number telling me that i had to fly out to New York and that I had talked to them before when I know I did not.  These people have a very heavy Indian accent.  The moment I started to speak to them in their language they started to whisper and the call was disconnected.  Be careful people these guys are scamers

This phone call from MAGIC JACK Contact magic jack company, They hired this people to collect some scam money

I too recieved a call from a "Harry Jackson"; I know this is a scam because it was done to my mother about 2yrs ago. The accent is west africian. Please becareful....They ask for your bank account # and if you tell them that you are not going to give it to them they will ask that you wire them the money...

called today a woman same scan do not give information-just hang up

My client got a similar collection message from these folks [now the guy's name is Daniel] telling her that she needed to call him back or have his attorney call him back.  When I called him to see why he was violating a bankruptcy stay he threatened to sue.  I told him he would be in violation of federal law but he kept threatening.  I asked him who he represented and he kept avoiding the question finally saying he represented "Barrack Obama" at which point I hung up and looked up the number.

The man had a definitely heavy Indian accent and would not identify either his group or the debtor he was collecting for.  Definitely a group outside the law.

These people are persistent and will go to any length to try and scare you

Rick Williams is the caller today. He told me if I dont call him today,  Good Luck!  well that was nice.

He didnt state the name of the company this time but his name is RICK WILLIAMS (yeah right)

DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, i WAS REALLY FRIGHTEN, UNTIL MY DAUGHTER TOLD ME ABOUT

yea I too have receiced quite a few calls from Alex Williamson my self. Same story they said I owed them from a payday loan which i of course never had one. He is threatend me with court and jail time as well as a large sum of money i owe them. I too smell a scam. Has anything happened to anyone ?

Did anything happen? They called my cell phone and then they called me at work stating that I had all these allegations against me and that they were going to be sending me some papers at my work tomorrow. When I got rude with him back he said just you wait until tomorrow and hung up on me. I have no idea who these people are. What should I do?

Received a message from a man with a thick Indian accent saying that owed them money named Alex Williams at this number.  I sense a scam
