These are robo-calls from AMIGO ENERGY. Be sure to file a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx) .

Amigo Energy is a subsidiary of Just Energy Inc., a publicly traded company.  You should call them and complain and threaten to sue for harassment.  You can find their contacts here:

this number calls me once a week and there is never anyone there when i answer.

I got same phone call , let answer machine pick .. no message .. must bogus ..

After getting a call from this bogus unidentified number and not answering - (and they didn't leave message), I called back on my cell - a person answered and I asked for Frank - then while saying "Yes," he started going into some crap(scripted) about saving on electric bill - but he was acting as if he had called me - when it was me who had called him to ask for "Frank."  I told the guy, "You f****d up!!!" (Excuse my francais)    :)   I get calls about saving on electric bill about 10 times a day from other numbers as well - I don't even have an electric bill - Hate these scammers!!!  My feeling is that they might have other intentions, like trying to find out if anybody lives at the number, and so if a person answers, they then have what they're looking for - sort of like skip-tracing - just my opinion though.  Peace!
