This indian guy keeps calling me, threatening lawsuits. Saying that I had a payday loan back in 2010 and I had never even had a payday loan so I automatically knew it was a scam. They have called me at work multiple times and even attempted to get my cell phone number, which I would'nt give out. He continued to say that know my file has gone onto his supervisor in investigations. please! I would really appreciate if someone could find out who these crooks are and get them off the streets.

I got a call from this number and got really scare they called my house number. This Indian man with thick strong accent that you couldn't even understand said that I owe money to a payday loan company and they had refer my information to them because they tried getting the money back from my bank account and success they would get declined. He said the calls were being recorded and I could go to jail to give them my attorney information.I said I don't have one and then he said that he would give me a case number to go to court with my file number because I have a warrant arrest. I got scare because this man knew my account number and routing number as well as my email and ss# and everything so now am scare and he even said that I can do hard time and am scare and I said I've only gotten a loan from one company and its paid off and he said I don't know ma'am but your case was transfer to us and then I got upset and he did to because  told him to give me the companies name and he would not give it to me and then he started yelling so I hung up then he called me back said why did I hang up.Please help am really scare.this people get your information and its very scary.

My father has an aid and she gets calls at all hours of the night and day on her cell phone from this number.  My father has even called them back from his phone and they are not even aware of who they are talking to. She told them to send the sherif over to arrest her so that she can get this straight and they hung up.  It was not but a couple of hours later that she recieved another call requesting money and saying that she was going to be arrested.  John Smith and David Smith are the two names that are used in this case.  I am turning the number over to the FBI.

I recieved three calls from a (John Smith) (347) 377-8101 claiming to be an lawyer and saying I have a warrant being processed in my name I had no idea what he was talking about. When I disputed the information he was trying to pin on me he did not want to talk any longer, these people spend all of thier time on the internet searching public records for someone to (SCAM) and a good part of the time they get away with it. We need to patition a letter to washington DC. With a list of these false numbers and we need to be active in the defense against this type of financial terrorism because that is what it is.

These guys are a joke - they call and say that you owe money and are named in a lawsuit.  DON'T give them any information, it is a scam! Their newest is telling you they need your Attorneys info ao they can forward them the official documentation.  These are all scare tactics - do not believe a word.  They are persistent and rude.  I told one of them today to go pound sand and leave me the "F" alone, and he immediatley called back and has been calling every 5 minutes for the past hour - Unreal.

Received call at work from an "Allen" somebody, left voice mail. His accent so thick I could barely understand him, Indian or Mexican. Left this number and said to "call his department right away." He can pound salt until the end of time. I will never speak to him.

I have been getting calls about this same thing payday loan and there is a lawsuit out for me and he needs to speak to me or my attorney. He actually left a message and had my social which is scary. It was an indian guy. They have been calling me for about 6 months straight.

An "attorney" repeatedly called me to 'name' me in a lawsuit. The attorney was very vague and cryptic about this supposed lawsuit. I, of course, have been served in no lawsuit . I see that other people have been harassed by this same number, as a debt collector. The person seemed to have an East Asia accent, perhaps Indian.

These "people" have been calling me since last September.  Usually a different number and different name but always the same "verse".  What I have learned to do is explain in perfect english (since they don't speak clear enough to understand anyway) that I would like their name and phone number, one even gave me an address to "send the money to" and tell them that you will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.  They usually don't like this and probubly will in fact, call you an f'ing b----.  Then they will hang up but you do need to file a complaint with the FTC.  I have done this 5 different times.  Report as much information that you have.  I can honestly say, this has been very un-nerving getting these calls at my employment but soon after you report the number to the FTC, if you call the number back it will have a recording answer and say this number has been associated with a SCAM, so it seems to work.  Of course, that only works until they get another phone line.  Someday it will stop so please know you are not alone and please don't let them scare you into giving them any info.

This guy called me four times at work and leaving only one message said this was time sensitive and if i didn't call back,  he could only wish me God Bless you as things fold around you.  I googled the number and came up with being a suspicious call dealing with payday loans.   He did get a hold of me and told him he couldn't call me at work that he had to get a hold of me at home.  I wouldn't listen to any garbage that he had to say.
