I've been getting same calls and they never give me any answers so I cursed him out and told him I was going to report them to police I told him I wuldve gottn sumthn in mail I was so upset because I work at ace cash express and I use to knw people who wuld fall for it and wire these people money and I wuld have to report it to money gram scams ...its a sick scam and I am sorry but I told their a** to keep their terrorist broke indian a***s out of our country and leave our people alone

Has anybody ever called back and told them they know they are a scam.

Here's the problem... these guys have been calling my cell phone for YEARS.

It started when my aunt applied for a fast cash loan from one of those loan companies who advertise in the newspaper.

She knew she was scammed when they had her send THEM money. She ended up being on the news and everything.

In the meantime, she used ME as a credit reference.

Since then, my aunt has died. Initially, just saying this was enough to keep those Indian men from calling me, but, now, they are going after me.

They ASKED ME for my SOCIAL SECURITY number and I laughed at them.

This has been going on for so long that I don't even pay attention to what they say anymore.

The jerk who called me today said his name was Justin Brown.

He said he was calling me on BEHALF of Cash Advance America.

He also identified himself as an Officer from the Department of Financial Investigations.

For the past couple of days I have been getting a phone call from 374-389-0311, and a Robert Martin has left me a message on my cell phone and work phone saying that there has been some type of criminal actions against my SS and before he press charges against me, I need to give him a call back. I have tried calling this number back and it's always busy. The gentleman that is calling has a wried accent.

doing my part. asked fox news channel 12 in eastern north Carolina to do an article on this guy to expose him last night. they got a hold of me this morning asking to interview me on this guy. im going to just to raise awareness to as many as possible.

Claims to be from a department of investigations. Indonesian man every time in my case. Person identifiied himself as a detective and kept referencing pursuing legal action against me.

Says his name is officer Robert Martin from department of financial investigation and his English is terrible can't really understand him.

Got a call from this officer name Sean Thomas from the Department of Financial Investigation stating that my name and SS# will face legal implication. I didn't call back because I feel as if this is a scam.

I had a guy call me, by the name of Walter Jones. He told me that I am an internet fraud. I have not done anything except read my email.

they called me and treatened me that I was going to go to prison for fraud....called me stupid woman because I didn't believe them....I told them to contact my local police station.....I hung up and they called back and yelled at me.....I have reported them to the local fbi.....please report them before they get someone who believes them...

They called and said I was accussed of fraud.....said he was a sqt and that I was in trouble....could not speak english very well.....I asked to speak to someone else......then I told them to call my local police department and have them come tell me about what I did......SCAM

This peson called me and said i had check fraud and other cases against me.

He call me too, and he had all my correct information.  I would advise you to call the credit report companies and place a fraud alert on your credit report

I just received a call from a "Patrick Wilson" stating that he was with the Department of Investigations.I called and asked to speak with the name of the person that left a message for me and they wouldn't transfer my call b/c I wouldn't tell them my name.I kept asking for Patrick Wilson directly but the caller on the other end of the phone wouldn't transfer my call.How did they get my information in the first place

I have received numerous phone calls from an "Officer Andy Turner." He refused to give me any real information about this so-called case but told me if I didn't pay $547, the case would go to court and would cost $6,800. He had me very stressed out until I did some research and found post after post online of people calling this a scam. I ignored the calls until they called my workplace. Now I am getting calls from 1-810-208-1433 and a man who says his name is Chris Harris. Both have very heavy indian accents and refuse to discuss anything. They have reached the point of harassment and I plan on reporting them to my local police ASAP.

A person I work with keeps getting calls from this number. "Jason" says he's calling about a court case but won't answer any questions.

I received a call on my cell phone and my employer received a call from this company and the same person kept leaving a different first name with the same last name on the 2 calls  but identifies himself as an officer before his actual name. I called this number back and the same person answered the phone saying Federal Department of Investigations. I asked who the person was and after several seconds the same person gave another different name. I informed the male with the american based names but Indian accent that if he calls my cell phone or work ever again that I was going to report him to the FBI and anyone else needed since it's a federal crime to impersonate an officer and that he was not to think I am bluffing. The guy kept trying to come up with something to say and I just hung up.

I recieve a phone call stating I am being sued by a federal agency, they knew my current address and social security number too.   He claim his name to be patrick wilson but he had a heavy indian acent.  When I asked him for his federal ID number and for me to speak to his supervisor he hung up in my face.

I received a voice message on my cell, home phone and work phone from an officer Andy Turner with Dept of Financial Investigations from this phone number.  Stating the it is urgent I return the call and it is of a time sensitive matter.  I have not answered any of the calls nor do I intend to.  I am not sure how they got a hold of my social security number or my phone numbers but I intend to check into this.
