I've been getting calls n he keeps pushing me to pay him for a loan over 700 dollars n wants me to pay him only 170 dollars to settle this case....bull s*** I'm calling new York police n giving them the number he called from which is...347-390-0587

Jane, you don't need to worry. They are from Nigeria. I've been getting calls like this as well. Spoke to the secret service and these scammers aren't state side yet. What they did to me is say that they would come to my job kidnap me force me to pay, then put my body where no one would find me. I said "really?" I work in a jail, and I do carry a gun. I told him a verbal threat like that one a public servant is a 3rd degree felony plus I'd throw in attm murder charges on him as well. I also asked if he about American prisons. He said no. "Then how about I convict you, sentence you, then turn you into someone's bi*** boy you little nazi!" I'd love to see them try to hurt anyone here. But don't worry, they can't do anything to you.

They call and say I too have a claim and am being sued. They have called my work and told my boss that she too needs to go to court! These people are crazy and need to be stopped!!

They called me yesterday and today.  His namie is Kevin Matthews  and said I was under astate investigation w/my name and SSN. I have deleted the voice mails but I fear for my life if these calls are true & they vow "to get me".  Can somebody please help me?

i too was called x 3 . told me the first time he was from a l;aw office,then the fbi and the bounty hunter, i told him this is a scam and i am going to report you , he became verbally abuseive and then proceeded to tell me i know all about you and where you live , he told me me ss#, birth date ,  my address too. i couldnt even understand him,he sounded like he was from india. when he continue to threathen me i hung up. my son called the # back and all did was ring.i had to close out my bank acct. cause he had all my personerl info. i now have to go get a new s.s.# which i have had for 45 yrs.somethiong needs to be done!!!!!

hi ,i to was called pon multiple occassions and when i answered was told that i too was being sued. this person became verbally abuseive when i told him i was scammed recently and i knew this was omne as well and was going to report him. he then said he was going to come and arrest me for he was a fbi agent and he knew all about me ,like my s.s.# and my address andd birth date, which he then told me all 3 of them.i hung up and notified the trade commission that my identity was most likely stolen, now stolen, and now i will have to get a new s.s.# . i also had to close my checking account, and notify the credit score companies of my situation.this is the second time this has happen to me recently. something needs to be done about this . i have always been very cautious and i didnt even know these people one was puerto rican, this one was mid eastern,could not understand either one very well.but they keep getting my personel info.  please let the gov. know if this happens to you too. we need to get these sick people.

THESE SCUMBAGS TRIED IT THIS AFTERNOON FIRST ON MY WAY TO WORK I THEN PROCEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK AND ADVISE THEM I SPOKE WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AND THAT I WAS AWARE THIS WAS A SCAM. IRECEIVED A VERY RUDE MALE THAT OF COURSE I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO THREATEN ME AT WHICH POINT I WAS HUNG UP ON.

foreign accent, I asked who he wanted and why he was calling my phone and what kind of scam he was running? he proceeded to get very vulgar and making sexual comments, soooo weird!

Got a call from a David Watson who I could not understand. The number that showed up on my caller ID said it was a forwarded call. The number this David Watson gave me is different. When I answered the call the third time they called and they asked for me, I pretended I wasn't here and to take a message. That is when they gave this number. I know its a scam so I won't be calling back. The number that came up on my caller ID is 781-390-7236.

These people called me 10 times in one hour. I never received any loan from anywhere and they are trying to collect, and threatening me with a law suit. I see their names all over the internet as being scammers. Beware, everyone!  I put in a report with the FTC.  Hope the get them!

I recieved the 818 calls last week after i scream at the to speak to me in english he hung up . I was then called by the new number today . They left me a voice mail with their line crap . I called my State Police they told me to call them back tell them I was aware it was a scam and if they called me again that our local state police would take action the guy on the phone was like ..... oh so sorry i remove yo from the list right now . Um really I do feel bad however for older people who buy into this and give these losers money .

this is the same call as the "818" scam. they had all of mine and my girlfriends info. names, ss#,address,d.o.b.,where she wrks,my bank acct info(my gfrnd is NOT even on my bank acct.),drivers lic #. he was inian, callling from india. said was with the company of law enforcement, calling on behalf of cash advance. which is crap!!! cash advance would call u themselves 1st, b4 having some "agency" call!! HUGE SCAM!!!! he also gave me their website. QUOSOQIZAH. ITS AN ONLNE INDIAN CLOTHING SITE!! REALLY??!!

These people have been calling me too, saying I'm involved in a federal investigation! They get your personal information from forms filled out online.  I told the last guy I've been reading about their scam on the internet, and that as I work in the Courts and know all the local attorneys and judges I suggest they stop calling me because what they are doing is illegal!  He said oh we know it's illegal. I said seriously? and yet you keep doing it? He said yes, to earn money! I said well sorry but you're not getting any money from me!  He said okay we take your name off our list. But, of course, they didn't. How do these crooks keep getting away with this? Can't someone track them down? This is ridiculous!

This number called me four times until I answered. They said I was involved in a lawsuit. Two years ago I was scammed out of money from a similar situation, so I told them that it was a scam. The man said oh no who told you that. The police told me that and if you continue calling I will call then and report you so i suggest you don't call again. they haven't called me since.
