This is a scam called my local police dept and they told me not to return call all so lawyer told me the same any lawsuit any body has against you will contact you by mail  DO NOT RETURN THERE CALLS

The are scamming people acting like a law firm saying you owe them money and they are sueing you for not paying.  Its bull s*** report the number to the Law enforcement...

Well I just got a call from them and the first words were to ask for my attorney, since I happen to have several I asked what the reason and as you said I had to ask eight times for him to please speak English. He finally gave me a number and an supposed SR. Attorneys name to call back but guess what he then informed me he was just a paralegal...tada. I am a certified TEXAS paralegal so I informed him and he hung up...gee guess I scared him

complete scam this number needs to be blocked. problem is i fell for it because i did apply for a loan with the company they said. now im regretting it.

They are scammers posing to be working for Fincen law division. Dont give them any of your personal info or confirm. Report them to the law enforcement.

I've been receiving this call for over a year.  I've called them back-usually going into an unamed voicemailbox.  Well, this morning, I called on a land line and got though.  It's a call center of some sort.  The person would not disclose what they were doing, but I explained to them that I was not the person they were asking for, and to cease and desist or the authorities would be called on them.  He assured me my number would be removed.  Anyone else with the same experience?

Had this same thing today and about 6 months ago as well.  Complete scam.  I asked that they send me proof of the debt by mail so my attorney could review and they hung up.

Just got a call from this number. The message they left was hard to understand but I know I did not get a company name and the "if you or your attorney do not return this call I can only wish you good luck as this will be bad for you. *delete* excuss me but what??? I, in good faith can say I do not have outstanding debt (just bought a house any debt I had was cleared before I was able to sign).

they call me constantly i reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and it stopped for about 6 months but then it just started up again. I just hang up on them now and tell them no such person lives here.

they use difrent numbers every month they tell me to have my atterny call them or their will be a warrent for me i wish some one would do something about it you call the people that are here for you and nothing gets done about it

They're threatening me about.. and scaring me about "lawsuit that i have no idea about.

This is a SCAM!  This people, who can't speak proper English, will threaten you to call or have your attorney call or you will be in some kind of trouble.  The call repeatedly for about a month--then take a break and start back up again.  They call cell, home, work--whatever number they can get.  Most of these calls are from overseas and they call different numbers all the time.  I just add them to my phone's reject list.
