He-She found my email and sent this little excrement indicating that he wants to pay more and he wants to pick up the merchandise:

"Hello,

I am OK with the price. I'll be using this opportunity to let you
understand that you'll be receiving the payment in mode of check from
my client and the amount you'll be receiving will be more than the
item fees.
REASON;
I'm purchasing on behalf of my client and the excess payment is
already signed which is my own commission with the money I'll need to
pay for our shipping company. So, expect pickup because you are not
expected to ship. This will only happen after you might have received
your payment.

In addition, the payment will be sent as soon as you agree with me to
deduct just the amount for the item and send the balance through
western union office or location, payment shall be sent via courier
service. There won't be any problem about the shipment of the item
because it shall be picked up after you receive payment, so I want you
to get back to me asap now with your full mailing information such as
your full name, address and phone#.

NOTE:I want you to take the item off advertisement because I don't
want any other buyer to bid on it again. I will be adding extra $20 to
your payment for removing it on listing and make sure you inform me
immediately you remove it on listing, OK?

I told nomann3@gmail.com that I needed to verify his ID and he just keeps answering questions with questions so I am reporting him to anyone that cares.

BEWARE nomann3@gmail.com is a SCAMMER!! Luckily, they grammar/offer was weird enough for me to google it and I came across this page.

Yeah i just recieved a check for my marketing book for 3,000$, /i called the bank it was from and it was fraudulent.  I wish there was more to do to report him!!

Got the same email for two items I have/had for sale.  Good old Fred must think everyone comes over in a turnip boat.  So much for his BS, number reported and wish him luck in avoiding the authorities.

I got the same message from the same email for a phone I'm selling.  I wish there was some way to stop them, track them down, report them, SOMETHING!!  It's such a waste of time and energy.  There's dozens of them.  I also get the ones about wanting me to send something to their 'cousin friend son' who's in West Africa; meanwhile they're in Norway....  Ridiculous!

I figured it sounded too good to be true when the area code was outside my own. (Not only just outside my area, but five states away.)

I figured it was a scam, but I'm going to play with him a little bit. I already told him local deal, straight cash only, that I wasn't shipping it anywhere or receiving any checks or electronic payment. Guess we'll see where that goes.

My friends got caught up in a similar scam such as this one. They cashed the check though and the bank didn't catch it until later. They were arrested and accused of making fradulent checks. They had to serve jail time and are now currently paying the amount of the check they cashed and the bail bond back. DO NOT CASH THE CHECK.

Honestly, I was wondering what idiot would want to buy my item at my price.  So I had to look him up. lol

Ditto.  Sellers, beware.  Can people even report this guy?

I got the same thing on fb marketplace. I was selling a crib  changing table. Here's the message:

I got a similar response back from this number but now his name is Fred. I am having a little fun with him, wasting a little of his time is at least some reward. Definitely a scam, the check will be no good. see his second email to me below, he is still trying to convince me.
With the second response I received from you, it shows you don't understand what I'm trying to explain. I will explain once more:
1. You will be earning your item fee plus an extra $10 as listing removal compensation for this sale.
2. You will be receiving a cashier check or money order with an amount that exceeds your earnings.
3. The difference between the check amount and your earnings is for commission and shipping purposes - handled again by me.
4. You will be required to cash the check and only deduct your fund and send the difference via western union - You will await further instruction once you receive the payment.
5. Shipping of the item to my client will be handled via my shipping company - also await further instruction.
Do you understand me now? If yes, Kindly get back to me right away alongside your full mailing information so that the payment would be mailed out to you as soon as possible.
