I have recieved up to 20 calls yesterday and  37 today btwn my job and cell phone I filed a harrassment compliant today the guy that is calling is claiming to work for PCS with a extremely thick accent.. the police office has spoke with this guy and advised him to contact me legally through the mail... which I have never recieved anything via mail regarding this company... the guy wont even explain what this is about just keeps saying that I will be in a legal mayhem if I dont settle this debt, with no claim number or account number this is a Scam anyone with any information on how this can be stopped please share....

the number they called me from is 347-474-7041. It is supposedly  this same company. I first started receiving calls like this in August/September and I report each call. I staryed playing them at their own game. I started calling them back and harrassing them. They talk s*** to me and I talk s*** back. The calls had stopped and now I got a call at my mother in law house over Christmas.

I got five calls from this number, and thanks to my Side Kick and an app number block they have been blocked not worried because if they call with another number it will be block as well. The app is called mr.number droid market.

I received this call today 10/04 from 347-269-0835 I didn't answer so they left a message. He stated that my SS# was in a investigation and I was going to be sued. So I googled the phone number and seen this website. He also call my work number from 318-418-0401 saying that he was going to send my information to the court house and I would be sued. I told him to go ahead and I will deal with the court house when I get the letter. He kept saying did you not hear me you are going to be sued. I said ok send my info to the court house I will deal with it, and he hung up.

I just started getting these calls today....they called about 12 times between my cell and my work number.  They claim i defaulted on a payday loan and are filing legal charges.  I did have payday loans all of which are completely paid off.  i even called them today to verify.  he hung up on me when i argued.  i called back several time before he answered and i yelled at him for hanging up on me...he said he likes that.   Ugh!  I even called again and threatened legal action against him and he hung up on me again.  Still calling my cell and leaving message.  i want to join the class action suit if there is one!  i can't be getting these harassing calls at work!

Constanly calling and harassing me.  Threatening me with court etc.  Told me I was a fraud.  They have my bank account information, last 4 digits of my social security number and names of friends and family.  They also called my place of employment.  HELP

Just got a call from this number on my direct work line stating there was a collection for a payday loan which I've never taken out. I answered the phone and knew about the scam ahead of time so told them that who they were asking for (myself) was no longer employed with the company and hung up he called back and said "Why did you hang up on me you moth******er?!" and continued to threaten me. Asked for their tax id number and he would not provide it. SCAM!!!!

For the last 6 months I have been recieving calls from this phone number and they started calling my work ! I contacted my lawyer and he is going to take care of it !

THEY CALL ME EVERY 2 DAYS WITH DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS AS SOON AS I MENTION THAT I SAW ON TV 6 NEWS ABOUT STUFF LIKE THIS THEY REALLY GET HOSTILE, I HAVE PAID LIKE A DUMMY A COUPLE OF THESE BECAUSE I WAS FRIGHTENED.  BUT NO MORE PLEASE KEEP POSTING THESE TO HELP OTHER PEOPLE LIKE US

Been getting a call from these people for over a week now. They say they are PCS Personal Consolidation. Threatening to have the police come after me if I dont resolve this matter with some pay day loan? Very deep accent sometimes hard to understand anything they ever say. Would not fall for this scam as they only are askin for your card number and never send u anything in the mail about suing you and all the crap they say.

So, im really glad I searched this number and found this forum. I actually had this number they call from 1222 diverted to my voicemail, because I got tired of them blowing up my damn phone. I figured as much this was a scam due to the face there are no papers in the mail. They have demanded I give them a card number and im like yea...no. But they are really annoying the hell outta me thats for sure.

I, too, keep receiving numerous messages from this nut!! She says her name is Stacy Roberts and she is from PCS and there are many legal issues pending against my social security number. She goes on to threaten that if I don't call back then good luck to me, I will have to pay all attorney fees involved in this action against me.  WTH? I don't know her, or this company. She ends her call saying 'have a blessed day'. She barely speaks English and sounds like an idiot on the messages. It's quite irritating though and I can do without her threats!

i recieved the same calls from the same man he told my human resource department at work that i was under investigation and that he will be garnishing my check

ive recieved several calls from office pcs from a mark white he has called my job and my cell phone telling me and my human ressource manager that my name and social is under a statewide investigation and lawsuit that theyre going to garnish my pay and stuff and that i need to settle the problem with him the only problem is i dont know what hes talking about. How can i get him to stop calling and harrasing me, anybody???

This person named Stacy Roberts keeps calling with the weirdest message. She said there are serious legal issues that are going to be affecting my social security number in 2 business days. She said she is from law office PRS and I am to return her calls ASAP otherwise it will be too late and I will have to pay attorneys fees in this action. Her messages sound very threatening. She ends her messages with "have a blessed day and good luck to you'.

I have been receiving harrassing phone calls at my place of work and it needs to stop.

I have stated on many occasions to stop calling me at work to no avail.

I do not owe any money and if you have legal action to place on me, by all means please do so.

I keep getting calls from this number saying my social security number and drivers license are "being investigated". They are very  rude and do a

I got the same kind of call today and it was kind of freaky. He had my DL#, SS# and Bank Account number and he threatened legal action for a Payday Loan from last year. The thing is I didn't have a loan last year and y bank account was only opened in January. I called my bank and had an alert put on the account. Luckily with Chase they have a ZERO liability for unauthorized charges. I have been calling back with a blocked number to see how he likes it, and boy did he get mad!

Dont worry Alicia I am on it this hacker knows y voice very well and is intimidated I am one step closer to finding this *excuse my french* al qaidain wanna be piece of s***.

Be advised to all persons scammed by these people, I have also been a victim of this j***off and he does not realize that I put in a complaint with my town police also put in a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for terrorist threats against boston. He will continue try to contact you just inform him/her that they are being monitored by the FBI and trust me they will show their true colors. DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFORMATION WITH THEM!!!

I receive calls from this number at lease twice a month. Today they called me at work good thing i answered and told them i no longer work here. I then checked my voicemail on my cell and sure enough it was PCS a Mark White. Telling me I have a Lawsuit against my social and he gave me the number which is scary. What can we all do?? The police station told me to get a letter they wont send me one. There must be some way to Stop this.

I actually went to the police station with the messages they said there's nothing they can do. i was told to do the same thing you did asked them to send a letter. The police cannot do anything unless there's a paper trail. Jim Roberts and Mark White

i keep getting the same calls.  an idian guy named mark white. calling from office pcs public consolidation. he has called my job. he calls me 8-12 times a day. stops for a couple of weeks and calls again.

they claim they r pcs legal dept. got a call from john wilson, who called me about 9 months under a different name i reconize his voice, they have more than one call back number.

Had an "Urgent" message left from a woman named Annie (or Amy) Rogers - who could barely speak English.  This is a scam...  Ms. Rogers said she was calling from the "Legal Department" of a finance company regarding someone's fraud case, and that I needed to pass the message to this other person and that they needed to call Ms. Rogers at 347-418-0401, and that it was regarding "his" social security number.   Ms. Rogers couldn't even get the correct gender.  And to top it off, this person Ms. Rogers was calling about doesn't even have any dealings with the finance company that was mentioned.

i have had the same problem with them sayin i have a payday loan (that i never got) and tha time has expired to b payed back and now its goin to court and thet are taking legal action aganist me..This man new tha last 4 of my social # and he knew my email address but he didnt have my business correct....he started out by sayin give me tha number we kalled u frm so i can look u up...they said and told my sis that an officer L Parker was looking for me but we i asked for her he said she was unavailable then he asked me for tha number they kalled me frm to look me up

these people are way out of line.  they have been calling my cell and employer with threats, and that they are going to call ....... i could not even understand all thier sentances.. i would definaly love to know how to stop these people, who seem to be so despartate for money, they should take english classes before they are put on calls.

I would like to know more about this class action lawsuit against this company.  I received NUMEROUS calls from this same person - he (or she, I cannot even tell the gender) cannot speak English, and you can tell he is reading some scripted prompt as he says the SAME thing every time.  Likewise, he will call several times in the same hour, sometimes the calls are back-to-back.  One would think if they had any intelligence they would remember who they've already spoken with.  I would definitely like to put a stop to this, especially if they are operating using unethical practices.  How can one file a complaint with FCC?  And can you tell the name of the organization . . . his English is so poor I cannot even make out the company name.

ANY help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
