Good to see people are using their heads, you cannot and won't be arrested for a debt, the threats are illegal and these people are trying to scare everyone so they can make a quick buck.   Maybe if we're lucky these idiots are actually calling from the U.S. and can be prosecuted for theiir criminal acts.  Make sure you report these jack***es to the FTC and FBI at www.ic3.gov

These people may call from Federal Asset Solutions/F&M Investigations as well. Chief Investigator Williams phoned me from 678-819-5284 with the same PayDay Loan issue. The kicker is they gave me a case number that was the same as the one given to me by this number! Nice try....

I contacted these people twice and once I inquired, they said that they were Natalie Moss/Kim Rogers from Brunson & Associates Processing Summons Division
They said it was involving a legal matter in which two charges are being filed against me in my county and I will be receiving a summons at my place of employment for fradulant activity attached to my name and social security number. I was instructed to speak with someone in their legal department prior to being served because once served, I will lose my legal rights. They included this number to call back: 515-528-7941. This number was disconnected but I noticed that I had documented an older call from 347-426-1952 with the same case number beginning with HMG followed by six digits. (The name the previous caller gave me was Randy Carter) I dialed it and it was the same people! This matter involves a PayDay loan which I discharged in bankruptcy.

CALLED BACK WANTTED ME TO VERIFY ss# AND DATE OF BIRTH WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION ON WHAT THE ISSUE WAS FOR SAID i HAD TO VERIFY PERSONAL INFORMATION OR THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME ANY INFO. WOULD NOT PROVIDE THERE ADDRESS OR THE COMAPNY NAME SAID IT WAS FOR SECURITY REASON AND THAT SINCE i WOULD NOT GIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION SAID i COULD BE WANTING TO COME AND SHOOT THE PLACE UP. i THINK THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT VERIFY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH PEOPLE YOU DO NOT KNOW THIS HAS BEEN REPORT TO MY ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE FTC.

I am getting phone call from this number also  what should i do

They are also calling my old work from 3 years ago. If you ever filled out information about a payday loan this is how they get your information. Mine was PAID way back then but they are trying to say I never paid it. I ignore them, delete thei rmessages and my old employer basically told them where to stick it. I have reported them to the BBB several times. What they want is for you to wire them some money or you "won't get arrested." Guess what - that's not how the justice system works in this country. They also told my old boss what they were calling about which is ILLEGAL for a legit debt collector (they can only speak to you about your debt). I know it can be irritating and annoying and scary, but the best thing to do is ignore them and they will eventually get tired of contacting you and then go to someone else. They do this to me every couple of years. IGNORE IGNORE IGNORE

They keep calling my old job harassing them about me and I haven't worked there in 3 years

These people have been calling my home and job and I have researched and these people ar con artists and all they want is money as soon as you contact them. They mention a summons however immediatly go into paying them to avoid a summonds. LIARS!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE CALLS NOR GIVE YOUR PERSONAL INFO

I got a message at work on 01/18/13 saying they were the Processing Summons Division and I had two accounts for fraud through my checking account that had fraudulent activity about 2 years ago. These people have been harassing me for over three years due to pay day loans that they claim were not paid. I have been paying these back pay day loans for the last 2 years over and over. I have called the Attorney General in my state and she says do not answer these calls and they are scammers. Hope this helps someone else that is going through this.

I would like to know myself who owns this phone, but I did find out that it is a cell phone landline with Verizon. I also want to know if they are real or not so to speak since they are threatening my husband with summons on two accounts due to pay day loans.
