A hang up call

When my husband answered my phone they asked to speak to the owner of the phone.  When I answered no one spoke.

they have been calling me for one year asking for a girl named Karen trying to sell meds when told that this is not her number they ask me if I would like some meds I have asked to talk to a manager and asked them to take my number off their list. yet the calls keep coming. I blocked their number so they call from other numbers here is a list
