This caller, as well as the callers that others on this thread have posted about,  is probably and more than likely a foreign  caller because they are hours from us in time.  They often get their times mixed up when calling the USA since we use different time zones.  You can just bet your bottom dollar that they are up to NO GOOD..
Stay alert because they are probably going to attempt a SCam...

This phone number has called me at 6:15 am the last 2 mornings!! I dont ever answer because i know its some scam call as any respectable business would not be calling at that time in the morning. This is very annoying!!

Called at 5:45 AM.  No message.  WPI Group.  Probably a scam.

I answered the phone without looking at the CI. It's the same jerk
that has been calling and leaving a message. Very heavy accent
could barely understand what he was saying, something about a loan I had
applied for. NOT!! I just kept saying not interested, then they hang up.

Just received another call from these wonderful people.(not) They called 8:52am, this is Arizona, we are on MT. You should not call any one before 9:00 in the morning. No message again. I'm not going to answer anyway. You know, what good is that do not call list??

Just received this call. Used then"ignore" feature on my iPhone.
They did not leave a message. Jerks!!!!
