I JUST HAVE A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER. THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR MONTHS EVEN DO MY TELEPHONE IS ON THE (DO NO CALL LIST) THEY CLAIM THEY ARE A HOME ENRGY REDUCINON PROGRAM LOCATED IN  BROOKYN NY. AND THEY CAN SAVE MI SOME MONEY AND WANT ALL MY INFORMATION.

Every month these scammers changes their number. I plan one getting one of these call blocker.

If they use other numbers, block those numbers as well. Don't depend on the phone companies cause they are senile when it comes to creating unlimited call blockers. Switch your provider and get Ooma or buy a Digitone call blocker or if you are being spammed on your iphone, download an app known as call block and start blocking. You can block upto 6000 numbers and I am sure they won't use 6000 numbers to ring you repeatedly.

It worked. I filed the complaiint and today was the first day in many that I didn't get the call from them.....

i get them 2x a day, early in the a.m. and later in p.m., I called DO NOT CALL registry, they don't do a damn thing about it

i called DO NOT CALL over 10 times, they don't do anything about this crap

I get calls from 3475022577 daily sometimes couple times per day.  How do you get them to stop?

347-502-2577 IS THOSE DICKS FROM CARD SERVICES, SCAMMERS, AND THIEVES THEY ARE AT IT AGAIN. THIS TIME WITH THE RECORDED MESSAGE FROM "JENNIFER" NOT RACHAEL, STILL THE SAME SCAM WITH THE SAME CRIMINALS RUNNING IT. THEY ARE JUST TRYING A NEW NAME WITH THE SAME SCAM.

They call every day and I report them to the FTC every day.  You should too, until they're stopped.

This number calls twice a day for weeks.  Have reported it to the do not call list but it continues.  I've stopped calling the number and pressing 1 to stop the calls because it doesn't work.  What do they want???

I have tried to remove my phone number from their list and nothing works. I have reprogrammed my  phone to call them 6 times after they call me and that hasn't stopped their harassment.. I would love to be able to get an address for them so I could 'visit ' their offices but that  seems impossible since they use a cel number and are NOT actually located anywhere. I am a senior citizen and feel that they are targetting me for their scam.

beware! All the ESCO companies will be trolling in force. They are total scams. We got suckered into one a few years ago and we ended up paying a lot more that if we just stayed with ConEd and National Grid. I will never use an ESCO again!

I have been receiving "empty" calls from 347-502-2577 every few days. SCAM.

some one please get rid of this phone number...i get at least three times a day...never answer it...never leaves a voice mail...it is a scam...

If you can get Time Warner, they have call blocking with their phone service. You put in the number, and the caller can never get through again. Pretty amazing. Helps with this kind of crap.

This company, which claims to be able to reduce utility rates, has been calling every day, 2 and 3 times a day, for weeks. Sometimes there is a recorded message, sometimes there is no one on the other end. I have called back the number at least a dozen times, which automatically goes to another recorded message asking if you want to be removed from their call list, and to press 1 if you wish to end these calls. Each time I press 1 it says to give 24-48 hours for the number to be removed, but it never is. This is nothing short of harassment.

whom ever they are, keep calling.  it is annoying.

They are calling all the time and they usually don't talk for some reason. I didn't think to look up the number until now, and it's annoying that they keep calling,but don't say anything.

They keep calling with nobody talking but a system saying press 1 to take your number out of the list but they still call couple days later.
