Go to the FTC website and report them EVERY time until they are stopped. If enough of us do this, the government shuts them down.

This company has been calling me constantly stating that I am eligible to receive a reduced rate on my electric bill. They called 12/18 at 4:49 p.m.,12/19 2:38 p.m.,12/20 2:44 p.m. Finally I answered the phone and "Elizabeth" said I was eligible to get a reduced rate on my electric bill and asked for my electricity account number. Then she asked if I was eligible to receive any government benefits....once she started talking about Sensastar being a supply company I told her that I was not interested and I thought this was about HEAP benefits and she hung up the phone. I called back immediately and the voicemail said press a number to be taken off the call list and I pressed the number. I looked up Sensastar and didnt find an electrical supply company.

They called my phone last night, the caller ID showed up as PUBLIC ASSIST.
And DON'T call the number - they do not want to take you off their call list, it is only a way for them to verify it is a working number and the telemarketers will call back even more.
Try asking for their phone number when they call so you can call them back - they usually hang up instantly.

Call the number. It gives you a recorded option of being put on a do not call list.

I too am getting repeated calls from these SOB's. I do not answer but that dosn't stop the calls from coming. I have been getting 1 to 3 calls from this number a day. This stuff really needs to stop. Where is our government when "we the people" need them?

report these annoying rodent callers!!
go to www.ftc.gov or www.fcc.gov
The federal government does not maintain a national cell phone registry. Personal cell phone users have always been able to add their numbers to the National Do Not Call Registry ? the same Registry consumers use to register their land lines ? either online at www.donotcall.gov or by calling toll-free 1-888-382-1222 from the telephone number they wish to register. Registrations become effective within 31 days of signing up and are active for five years. There is no cut-off date or deadline for registrations.

This number calls several times a day and there is no response. When I return call the number it is a message - "if you wish not to be called press 1" - which I do and they keep calling. What do they want???

Telemarketer using this spoofed number. Also - don't call the 866 number "Nick" posted, it's just another direct line to the telemarketer, it won't stop any calls, it will increase the number of telemarketing calls you get.

This company rings me at least once an hour during the day! When you call the number the only option you get is to press "1" if you don't want to continue receiving calls from them. Needless to say, this doesn't work because I've tried it numerous times. Does anyone know who/what this company is? They're driving me nuts!
