scam artist from new york.wanting to arpove me for a loan. but when i told them i knew it was a scam they got mad and was talking dirty asking me how long i want it. number is 347 559 0372 and 347 560 4672. this has made twice they have called on two different days of this month.

Called my house kept telling me to call a Mr. Adam Garcia then cussing and calling me names want to tell me about some loan i suppose to not paid. I have no loans real bad scammers can't even talk correctly

Left a message on my VM for my husband and when I called back and gave them my name the man on the other end started threatening me and when I told him that he was speaking to me and not my husband he replied that he didn't give a f......s*** who he was speaking with and that I would be arrested and that my employer would terminate me...I asked him to give me the name of my employer and he replied, why do you need that infomation.....he wanted my social security number so that he could look up my case and then email me the particulars of my case with a case number....when I refused, he told me to shut up and listen....I told him that no attorney's office would speak to a person in that manner, as I have worked for lawyers for over 20 years....he then called me a stupid bi*** and told me to go and f.......my local police department....I then hung up.......I have incurred this several months ago and reported it to my local police fraud division.......

This is to a debt collector asking for me or "my atty of record" (the new catch frase) they called my work and left this number but the one left on my caller id at home was 3475604672. The interesting thing is I am in bankrupcy and ALL my debtors were notified. This is either an old debt out of statute that someone bought or someone thinks they are going to out monouver the courts. Non english speaking man by the name of James Franklin. Either a skam or a slimeball......oh wait....one and the same.
