Did give my email address and now wish I had not.  Glad to read this and not provide any other information.  Said I would only take cash or bank check and still asked for name and address to send check.

Strange inquiry from my Craig's List posting. He didn't care about how to get the item, just the final price and address to have his account send a check to.  Name 'Kolin Booky'.   Not sure what his angle is, except to collect name and address..(and later bank account info?)  Why go to so much trouble to get this information?  Do I have to shred all envelopes addressed to me to protect from scam artists?

Had an item posted on Craigslist and received several texts from this number offering to send a check from his accountant to buy my item if I would send my information.  I asked him to call me to discuss.  He did not.  This is a scam artist.

Had a Craigslist posting in Atlanta.  The text message wanting to buy the item came in from this phone number, located in Saint Albans, New York. English text was bad and an obvious scam to try and get me to text back for some reason.  Recommend  you delete it immediately.
