Same call here.  Somthing about a Pay Day Advance loan that I took out.  I told him that was false and he said one of his 5 attorneys would call me back..then hung up.  I called back and asked for the firm name (he said "Branch") and I asked for his street address (he said "New York").  I then asked again for the street and he said why.  I told him so I could report him.  He said he would see me in court so he could harass me.  What a piece of SH*T.  Don't fall for this crap.

Just got a call from these Bozo's at 347-735-5130. Obviously a non-traceable number threatening with a lawsuit if they don't hear from me or my attorney. If you get a call from this number don't be scammed. This is the same old song and dance they have been using for a few years. Just tell them they are wasting their time impersonating an officer of the court and they should call someone else.
Don't be afraid of their idle, idiotic threats.
