I recieved a call on my phone and the caller id showed 0000. I went to check my messages and I had one on there from a foreign man claiming to be John Mathews and he was calling from the american lawenforcement department. He said that a case had been downloaded againist my name and ssn. I had a hard time understanding his message because of his foreign accent. But he ended his message with have a blast day.

TWICE IN FOUR DAYS, THIS NUMBER CALLED ME AT WORK.  TODAY THEY THREATED ME THAT IF I DID NOT PAID THIS PAYPAL LOAN, I WAS  GETTING A SUMMMONS TO COURT IN SAN DIEGO!!!  THEY TOLD MY CO-WORKERS THEY NEEDED TO TALK TO ME RIGHT AWAY.  VERY IMPORTANT.
THIS NUMBER IS IN NEW YORK.  SO, I CALLED THE NYPD AND THE POLICE IN SAN DIGEO.  I HAVE A SURPRISE FROM THEM.  THE IC3 AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL HAVE BEEN CONTACTED ALSO. ( THE IC3 IS A CRIME AGENCY COMBINING SEVERAL GOVERNMENT FRAUD GROUPS).  FOUR THINGS TO DO: CALL POLICE IN YOUR AREA, CALL ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE AT - 877-382-4357 -, FILE COMPLAINT ON LINE WITH IC3,  AND CONTACT THE THREE CREDIT BUREAU GROUP. (ALL THREE PHONE NUMBERS ON LINE).

Constant calls from this mobile number, messages are garbled and when you call back no answer and recorded message says voice mail can not take anymore messages.

they called my phone and the phone number that showed up on my caller ID was 0000. so I let the call ring through then there was a voicemail afterwards. I listened to the whole message it was from a woman named Emma Parker or Anna Parker I'm not exactly sure because I couldn't hear her well with the background noises. she explained I had to call her back at that number. this foreign guy talked to me for an hour on the phone and told me that I was being suit because I borrowed a loan from payday one. he said if I didn't pay the amount that is owed then I would be taken to court in TX.

I'm so glad I did not give him anymore of my information and pay the amount that he was requesting me to pay because this is a SCAM!!!!!

Just got one of these calls. Glad I let it go to voicemail. Guy with foreign accent says I'm being sued. I hope they like talking to voicemail, because that's all they're going to get out of me.

Just to let everyone know that the phone number now goes straight to some voice mail, so they are probably trying to find a new scam!!!!!

Oh my God, this same thing has been happening to me!!! Some damn women keeps saying I took out a Payday One Loan, which is total b***s*** plus I could not understand a damn word she said. For one thing I told them give me the phone number of this company so I could speak to a supervisor which they would not, and when I told that women that she needed to let me speak to someone that spoke english some man got on the phone saying that I would be arrested at my address. Then I got pissed I told him not to be calling my house from some foreign country and running a scam and I told him send someone to arrest me bring it on Mother F**ker, he hung up on me!!!!!

This number has called me twice and a woman by the name of Emma Parker left two messages claiming that she is from American Law Inforcement Division. The message was extreamly urgent and time sensitive. She was informing me that I had a legal case opened against my name about some previous allegation. My ss number was under investigation and my case has been downloaded into the court house and they need to discuss my case with me. My call back is of deadly timeframe. Oh, they ended the call with "have a blessed day" .
Anyways I called them back and they told me that I took out a loan from Payday One and they were taking me to court. I told them I never walked in to Payday let alone take out a loan. So they said it was "someone" I borrowed money from and I was being summoned to court.
I told them I will wait for some paperwork in the mail. They said that there is an arrest warrant against me and I will be arrested if I wait any longer.
It's a total scam.
My brother recieved a similar phone call that same evening but it had to do with some speeding ticket that has not been paid off and they were going to save him from being arrested as well.

This number continues to call claiming I took out a Payday loan and I need to pay it back.  i have never done such a thing.  It is a scam.
