First Call, unknown number on Caller ID. Information received to return calls to 3477964489 Andy Smith in Brooklyn New York City. He is the Service Provider for ATT, Windows, and Nordem. Also a technician for all three.

Andy Smith of Brooklyn NYC, tried to explain that as a service provider for ATT they were notified of viruses infecting our computer. He tried to instruct me to go to the computer to follow his instructions. I began to ask identifiable questions. He could not give the ATT Account number. But stated that the number was registered to two names, gave me the age ranges of the two names, and the home address.

I called the return number back to ensure that it in fact worked. Mark answered as Windows Technical Department. I asked if Andy was available. He said yes let me transfer you. After I briefly told him I was just checking the number I hug up. He in return called an additional three times from 6617480240, of which I ignored.

This number is constantly harassing me! He won't stop calling. I've already told him I've reported him to donotcall.gov and to enjoy his hefty fine. Obviously he doesn't care!

I also got a call from a lady, and she said my computer got hacked , and we need to fixed that.  She said if you are sitting near the computer I will go through and fix it.
I said I don't know about computer, please give me your phone number so my husband will call you back. She gave me this number 1-347-7964489

I also got the call.  When I asked for their street address, they could not provide.
Trying to make easy money.

I too just received a call telling me there were problems on my computer (said it was from Microsoft); I asked for a number to call back and got 374-796 4489.  Just looked up the number on the internet and it seems like it is not for real....  I did not call back.

Called me twice, identified company as "Global BC Tech," when I asked.  My caller ID read 416.364.1111. The guy told me my computer was sending out viruses and Windows warnings and asked if I was sitting at my computer so he could fix it for me.  I wasn't at my computer and if I were I wouldn't be dumb enough to give this heavily-India accented person access to my computer.  When I asked for a number I could call back on, I was given 347.796.4489.  After I disabled my caller ID, I called the 347 number, which was answered by a voice with the same thick accent who said "Computer Department."  Sure walks like a duck, eh?!
