Scammer on Craig's list

***SCAM ATTEMPT***

I got a double text message from the sender, inquiring about a piece of heavy equipment that I have listed on Craigslist. The person wanted to know if it was still available, and how much I was asking for it, even though the text that was sent to me contained the asking price in the body of the message.. My CL ad had clearly stated "NO TEXTING" but this person was pushy, and clamed that they could not do a "voice call" that "they" would wire funds through "Pay Pal" and arrange a trucking company to pick up my equipment, and never mind the fact that this person completely refused to give a name or ID him/herself. etc....

This number is associated with several wire fraud/scam attempts from people who troll Craigslist and try to weasel you out of your merchandise via bogus payments, either through "Pay Pal" or "Amazon Accounts" which again, are complete bulls**t!  THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE ARRESTED FOR WIRE FRAUD AND SCAM ATTEMPTS AND THROWN IN JAIL.

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR SCAMS!

I have received numerous text from this number wanting to buy my motorcycle.  Wanted to do paypal. Would never call me.  Claims her name is elina steven.  When I said I don't do paypal its a scam they said I'm real. F you

These people are the scum of the earth.  Zero intelligence.  Feel for the innocent people who fall for these scams.

Selling furniture.. same # as above using Craigslist... Having fun with it.. he/she wanted to do the pay pal thing. Who falls for this crap? does anyone know how it works?

This is the second time this number text me for items I post on Craigslist.

Got a text message from this #, asking if my truck was still for sale on craigslist ?
text stated ' Hello , how are you doing, am Jason Brown by name, is it still for sale?'
I google every # I get a text from about my truck because there seem's to be so many scammers
out there, and turns out, this is another one. Whats wrong with the world today !!!!

Yup.. me too. I knew it was scam!! it responded to an ad to buy rims and tires that i had on craigs list.. this s*** is getting old.!!!

Got a text message form this number looking to buy my car off of craigslist, even told me Happy Easter. Let the person know it was available still but haven't heard anything back yet. Glad i checked on the number though!

Yeah me too got a text message from this number, wanting to buy my rims  and wanting to pay thou Paypal, I had listed in craigs list.when I ask where he is from he never responded back. I wish people would stop playing games. If we have something up for sale is because we need the money and to play games.

I got the same txt msg trying to buy my boat. I will not reply.

I got a text from Mogan Lawreen number 3478553134, at 0630 this morning wanting to buy my project truck listed on craigslist.   It stated their name and asked for my full name, I only gave first name.  I asked if they were local or if shipping was needed.  They responded with " thanks i will like to inform you that i will not be available to come for it am using private pick up agent company who is gonna pick it up due to the nature of my job."   I then asked where are you shipping it to and how are you paying for it?  I have yet to get a response.

I received a text from someone at this number saying they wanted to buy my truck.

"+13478553134: I will like to inform you that I will not be available to come for it my private pick up agent will come pick it up at your location.. 9:23 PM"

received text person wanted to buy my truck and pay through paypal. says was going to use Auto Shipping Inc, game me a name of Mogan Lawreen

I got a text from the same number also wanting to buy a boat

This number called to buy a boat
Wanted pay pal email address
Called back the phone number
Got answering message but went nowhere
