This is probably a scam. Was looking at 2 different apt for rent in nyc  on craigslist and both email replies back were almost verbatim responses for each separate email that I sent. Then when I asked about payment, sent me a bank account number to deposit my money in. Sounds fishy to me. Email was from comfortableproperties@yahoo.com
Looks like this person might be using various emails.  Anyways, just beware, don't get scammed

This gal is a scammer - - and not a very good one.
She copies real estate properties from Otalo vacation real estate site, pastes them (in their entirety) on craiglist then attempts to 'lease' them by the month. I was instructed to direct deposit money to a Bank of America in Virgina from otalorentals@yahoo.com. Don't be silent. Report this behavior to the authorities. I did.

This person claiming to be a property manager is running a vacation rental scams on Craigs List. He pulls other legitimate ads from other websites and uses it as his own.
