Hi I have just read your post, can you let me know the site they built for you and if possible the others you know have dealt with kmax designs. I have been having a printing web site built by them and it was supposed to be completed in one month that was in June 2013 and it is still not done and don't seem to get anywhere with these people. I am trying to find out information about them and to get my money back.

K-Max is a SCAM. I paid them the full amount $2000 and my website never got completed. The sad thing is that I am an Indian myself. I know of many other companies that have been affected by them. On Top of this I got got sued $4000 for using a illegal image on my website. But somehow they keep calling me and asking me if they can do my website. I really wish there is something i can do.
As a small business owner I just don't have the time to run after these guys.

I received a call from kmax designs and they told me they would build a website and only needed $125.00 to start. If I wasn't happy with the design I could get a refund.  I gave them my cc info and they charged my credit card.  They showed me a generic website and I canceled the website and asked for my money back.  I've been calling every several days to check on the status of my refund.  they have been giving me the run around and telling me someone will contact me and I will receive my refund via mail.  3 months later and I still haven't received my money.  I called and asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he as not going to refund my money.  He asked me to give him another $125.00 to complete the webstie. I told him I was not interested in doing business with him and he insisted in collecting more money from me.
This company is a scam!

1-347-952-4494 - they repeatedly call but will not leave a message and I won't pick it up.  It comes across as unknown.

Ha HA HA HA HA HAAAAAAAA.  Man, you guys are stupid!  As a web developer, I get calls from Hindi land all the time.  Tried them once, a couple years ago.  Waste of time and money.  Can't understand their "best" English, don't deliver, shoddy work.  STAY AWAY!!!!

We also received a call from 347-952-4494 from a gentleman that asked to speak to the owner. The caller identified himself as "John Miller" and went ballistic when I inquired the nature of the call. He told me I was wasting his time and to put my boss on now. I asked him to speak to a supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor; I told him he was harassing me and that I would file a report if he didn't offer the name of his company he than proceeded to tell me he worked for the name of our company. I told him he should be embarrassed to conduct business in such a manor. I suggest that NO one work with this company unless they want to have such a negative association.
I went online and found the number to be listed for "Kmax Designs"

This is a scam. They just called me and each time i had the gentleman repeat the name of the business so i could google it, he said something different. Then he asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my social and i told him he had the wrong person. I then called back and asked the gentleman named John Miller & he was forcing to get my credit card by his tricks for designing a website.

This company might be the best at what they do.  That is not the complaint.  The complaint is the tactic they use.  When told not to call back, they should honor the request and move on.  I will not do business with a company that either cannot or will not listen.

Regardless of whether they do good work or not, or if they are in India or Iowa, how can you trust any person or business that puts bogus information on this site.  Sarah, Pedro, Richard, Robert, Ernesto, Carmen, you're not fooling anyone.

Think about it, why would a customer that is happy with a vendors services look up the vendors number online and then participate on a "unknown callers" website.

Going a step further, since it is the quatity of the content, including spelling, grammar, and possibly colloquial expressions who are you going to trust?  The above named persons don't seem to have command of the English language, I would not trust them or any vendor that they would recommend.

Got 5 calls in a row from them....no one there.  When I didn't answer on the 5th call, no message.  They are just making harrassing phone calls.

"Richard" give us all a break, it's obvious you're from India yourself, and I have to call BS.  You probably work for the company and you thought hey I can post as someone else.  You're english is so bad it's  offensive.  Note to Indian firms that want to do real business in the USA:  Hire an american copywriter before you try and communicate with the states.  You're at a severe disadvantage without one.

Obviously they are from India or somewhere like that, you can tell by their voice, and the poor English comment they left here.
To Whom It May Concern - Americans will hire American businesses, we need the work, and are not willing to outsource.

Total rip-off!  I bought a magic lamp and have been rubbing it for a week and nothing happens.

These people are a SCAM!!  I bought a "FLYING CARPET" from them and received a bath mat that doesn't even get an inch off the ground!!

Received a call from this company selling 16" di**os and sex creams.  When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to a woman with a very sultry voice that asked me if I wanted "phone sex". I thought for a moment and said "what the hell, bring it on".  At that point, she asked me for a credit card...then I began to worry.
