Keep calling several time. Automated call requests me to live a text msg or voice mail.

This Ron Jackson Guy is up to his old tricks again! got me to pay 610 for some bs payday loan i didnt even remember getting. He used those court case scare tactics to get me to pay. Put a stop on my credit card so im going to let the bank fraud people find him. i recorded the conversations and his IP address. This guy has to pay.

also, the number that I am supposed to call back is 347-514-8481 but the caller id says 347-347-0123 (which does not work)

I received a call at work today from a Lance Parker saying that I owed money for a pay day loan, which he could not even tell me the name of. I told him to send me paperwork in the mail and I would look it over and then respond. He then transfered me to an "attorney" (no name given). I explained to this man also that if he would send me the paperwork to look over, I would be happy to respond. This man got very upset with me and when I explained that I have heard this all before a few months ago, I had reported it to the local police, the FBI, the FCC, and the BBB, the man called me a bi*** and hung up.

Jonathan calls repeatedly and demands that I give him a valid debit or credit card number to charge 675.00, or I will be arrested for defrauding a financial instruction, passing a NSF check by not having the founds in the bank when that tried to debit a City Bank account that I never had??. They are using my SSN and former address as proof that I owe this money to Cash net USA Payday Loans. I have never taken a payday loan and never had a City Bank account. They are calling my old job 4-5 times a day and my cell phone. When I asked for a fax number to send them paper work the man claim I was being difficult and the police will be at my house by the end of the day. This is the 8th time I have gotten this type of call from some Indian claiming to be with an investigation department. Hello Dwayne, was there a post mark on the envelope they sent the documents in. You should notify the Police and make a report of identity theft, before you get real collectors calling asking for the thousands of dollars these guys charge to your name..

Calls from this number just won't stop! We keep reporting all this but no one seems to help us at all. Where else can we get help? The local police department say they can't do anything about it. Someone from this number is harassing me, coworkers at work, and at home. Reporting this online and for everyone to see isn't helping us, so what next? Help!!!

call   about  50 minutes  from  pcs  mike  smith  saying there  is  a llegal cation  against  my name  and  ss  no,  have  my  attorney  called  them, right  away, i  could  lose my job  and  my  credit and  everything  else.

The number initially showed up on my caller ID as all zeros, but the person leaving the message said to call Mike Smith about an urgent business matter and that I needed to contact them immediately or else legal action would be taken. I return the call at the (347) number and ask for Mike Smith, and "Ronald Jackson" answered. My first clue that it was a scam was that someone with such a heavy Indian accent wouldn't be named Ronald Jackson. He told me that he was going to call all of my references on this pay day loan I allegedly took out in December 2010 and that he was going to call my job and that the debt was going on my credit report. He never identified himself as a debt collector, which was another clue that this was a scam. I told him that he needed to send me documention that I actually owed the money, and he sent me some phony looking document. Apparently, they had my personal information. But, another clue about this scam is that the document came from a company called Pacifica Colelction Services but the e-mail address was a g-mail address and not a company address.

They keep calling my job leaving messages for to call.....so on this date Friday 15th June 12 I call to see why they keep calling my job....so I ask for that Mike and the guy who sound like he is from India or Chinese......he oh Mike is not available but I am his manager......he ask me was I Karen M....I told him hell yeah who wants to know....SO WHAT I DID I LET HIM HAVE IT....THEN I EXPLAIN TO THE XXXHOLE I WILL COME WHERE U AT WITH NO PROBLEM U KEEP CALLING HERE....AND I ALSO TOLD TOO MY LAWYER FROM THE FEDERAL COURT WILL BE CONTACTING THEM....AND MY BOYFRIEND FROM THE FBI WILL BE CALLING AS WELL...HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK TO THE PHONE AND START CALLING ME NAME...AND HUNG UP THE PHONE SO I CALL BACK AND LET HIM HAVE IT AGAIN.....AND YES U HAVE TO PUT A FRAUD ALERT ON EVERYTHING.....I HAVE ONE ON EVERYTHING UP TO TWO YEARS....ALSO U CAN LOOK UP WHAT LOCATION THEY R CALLING FROM....AFTER THAT I DON'T THINK I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER CALL FROM THOSE XXXHOLES...

this Sam or whatever calls me once a week with an accent.  i am tired and have blocked their number and if they call i will just tell them offl  sick

back tomorrow....he then just hung up when i asked em where theor company was from and who he was...didnt say anything and hung up...

These people are beginning to annoy me and I need to find a way to stop these calls.  3 or 4 times a week is nerve wrecking.  I thinking about calling my state senator or sending a message to Congress because this is ridiculous that people have to keep being annoyed by people like this.

These people keep calling my phone 3 or 4 times a week and its beginning to get on my nerves.  Talk to them before and threatened them but its not working.  Need another approach to stop them from calling.

I have this crime scam place calling me again. So today I had a law firm call them on my behalf, I was conference with the call. My attorney stated name of her firm and location, requested the name of the corporation and the address for proper service, they asked for the name of the person she represented she stated that they need not ask questions other than provide the information for proper service. They said call back tomorrow I am busy right now. She has made a few more calls and as soon as she mentions she is with a law firm they hang up on her.. Info they have obtained on all of us. Please do a google search on your own name you will be shocked at the number of places that have info on you that is not public information. Work to get all of your internet data removed. This off shore scam place will harass as often as they can. Keys. If you have data on any social media site that links up, if you have data in any family history place that gives a ton of information. They in turn will get your SS# which seems easy to do. So today I have been threatened in a voice mail, that they will call my employer and my family and I will be arrested before the end of the week.

PLACE fraud alerts on your credit report ASAP! Do not talk to these people. There is nothing that can be done, so far they are not traceable.

These guys keep calling (7x per week) for one of our employees, threatening legal action if she doesn't pay a debt. What a huge scam. I'm not even passing on the messages at this point, but they are sure as heck interrupting my work day.

i got a call from this number 3474747041 but he told me to call him back at 3479600611 saying that i need to call them he said he was an attorney his name is jay johnson have been getting lots of calls like this all the callers had accents like middle eastern or something like that but this guy spoke alot better english i am so tired of this.

I would be arrested at eleven am tomorrow. says he works for the new york police department.

Received a call from Ronald Jackson to call this number back 347-960-0611. He said I need to return the call or my attroney needs to return the call regarding a legal matter. He also said It would be better to return the call before they send information to my job.  Don't know who these people are. I know this is fraud.

This "attorney" Ronald Jackson is currently calling me and a references I used when I applied for a local payday loan.  Which I used and repayed.  I am happy to know that the local police will help.  I will contact them today.

This is the same company that contact me. Unbelievable!  Was the police or any of other places you contacted helpful.  According to what I read these people are out of India, Pakistan and Dubai.  These are cell numbers with New York Exchanges.

I received call from this number. The person claimed to be an attorney from Pacifica Credit Services.  They informed that they were collecting from Cash Advance USA.  Something about me attempting to commit fraud in the State of Virgina where the loan was processed. I have in the past had payday loans but from local organizations, and not for several years.  I even contacted one of them in attempt to see if there was truth to this.  They said they never heard of the organization and they never use outside sources to bill collect and informed me to contact the Federal Trade Commission, which then informed me to contact the States Attorney Office as well.  I will contact as many authorities as needed to stop this contact.

Since I did have a payday loan in the past and have had an application with my banking information.  Whatever system they hacked into was able to provide then with that information, down to when my next payroll direct deposit was scheduled.  I call my bank and cancelled everything and opened new accounts and applied for new bank card.

They have since called on of my references and made a threat.  They stated that they are contacting her because I listed her and if she should contact them.  They said said it was in her best interest if she doesn't want to be taken out of her family.

I received a phone call from a "john gates" (more like achmed) with a really heavy indian accent telling me he is an attorney from pcs. I need to pay $300 today to avoid court. Blah blah blah i couldnt understand his script so when he was done i said i cant understand what the f*** you just said is there an american in the room?? He told me to bite my tongue and said he wants to speak to my manager. I laughed at him and said im an adult i manage myself retard! He said i dont have to take this s*** i said me either and hung up on him. He called my job after this which i told him you can not call this number it is a business line not to be used for personal use and hung up on him again. Blocked his number. he called me again yesterday at work and i8 answered but told him i was someone else. He went on his script again i said look i do not care what your calling about you can not call this line it is not for personal use. And hung up. He called my cell which is now blocking his calls and sending right to voicemail 7 TIMES in 2 min! then left a message telling me if i do not pay by today it is going to court and i will be charged. He said good luck finding an attorney to save your life. Blah blah. Today he called and left a message that he is sending an officer to my "homeplace" to come arrest me for these charges. Im just laughing at him now but he had me cursing him out the first call. I called my local police and the federal trade commission to report it. Im going to be calling my state attorney general as well. He is definitely a liar. No indian is named john gates nor do attorneys threaten you over the phone. and in pa you do not get arrested for debt. Nice try do***ebag.
