Called 23 Jun 1652 hrs, four rings and hung up, no message, nuissance interruption of my quiet day

recorded female voice states "this is credit card center you only have a few days remaining to lower your interest rate..." I hung up at this point and did not hear the remainder of the message. I will program the number into my 'block calls system'

Calls me once or twice a week, I press 9 to talk to some one if I go along with them and aswer their questions they stay on the line the minute I ask them to remove me from there calling list or to speak to a superviser thet hang up on me! They are driving me nuts!!352-555-0000

Do you have any idea who these people are? They are driving me crazy. The messages they leave say to lower your interest rate press 9.
