I agree with Steve.  I received a call from Taylor, Bean annd Whittaker Mortgage company out of Ocala, FL.

I get calls from this number all the time.  When I try to call back I am on hold for a very long time.  I really do not like automated systems!!!!!

I got a call from this number at 8:10am on 07/08/2009.  It is Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Company.  I have had a mortgage with them for over two years now.  Every single time I try to call them for something I am on hold for at least an hour.  When I do get a hold of somebody and start telling them my problem they say they will transfer me to somebody else but they just transfer me back to the main menu where I have to wait an hour again.  This is a shady company.  They are like Sprint, they do everything they can to screw you over.  I even reported them to the Better Business Bureau threatening law suits.

They called on 11/30/07 at 6:40pm and did not leave a message.

Called me three times.  When I answered there was no response on the other end.  Letting it go to voicemail prompted their computer to leave a message with various information on how to make payments, etc.

Called our business twice with no-one on the other end.

Received a call today from 352-671-0520--Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage (TB&W)of Orlando, FL.  It was from their third party calling company about payment on a mortgage.

They called me this morning with their automated system. The recording asked me to call them to discuss my loan. I ck'ed and it's all up to date. But the kicker was that the automated system called me at 6:34AM!!!! I called back their toll free number but it's been busy all day long. Pathetic.

Taylor Bean etc Called on a Sunday with a recorded voice asking me to call them and pay on my loan - I DON'T own a loan with them. I call the 800# to see if I could get my number removed, and it prompted me to enter my loan number, so I made one up as it wont allow any other process - I think it is some scam to get a loan number associated with you tel number - their system would of course have its own caller ID.  I eventually got to a general voicemail, stated my phone number and told them that it is was on the National and local do not call list  and that I never owned a loan with them and that I am reporting them to my local Sheriff and they can expect to hear from the authorities for attempted loan scam/fraud.

Answered the call...dead air??  They are my mortgage company, but why do they keep calling not saying anything??

same thing i dont have an answering machine and they keep calling just started today 3 times. last one at 7:51 pm today 11/14/07

They call and call.....and since I don't have voice mail (by choice) they can 't leave a message....so they keep calling......and I am on the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL LIST FOR CELL PHONES! I am so da*n tired of the BS.
