Same here.  I received this call yesterday and another number today with the same prefix.  I tried calling them both back but the phone just rang & rang and noone picked it up.  I'm not answering it.

got a call from this number stating I won a $1000 online shopping spree.  The person knew my name.  How does this happen?  How can someone get my name AND cell phone number .againnnn!!!!

I have had numerous calls from this number they either hang up when I answer or hang up before I get to answer.  When I call it back it just rings.
