I received a call from this company and I wasn't upset at all by their services. They were kind, offered to help me with financing, and was able to replace all of my duct work and my whole unit for about $600 cheaper than any other local company. Granted, they do have a bad rating on BBB, but anyone who actually reads it, it only shows 8 bad reports.

These people will not stop calling even after repeated attempts to tell them to stop. Any ideas about what our police should do?

Most all telamarketers are rip off's stay away from them they will get you yes call Senica or Bay Area they are good honest people

I am so sorry to hear of your problems with A company like this I am in the a/c business and get so disturbed by rip-off's.I really wish That you would call a good honest company like Bay Area , Aire Care , Senica or others that have been in your area for a long time and are honest and try and solve all and any problem

Called at 12:15pm on 9/17/09.  The  caller ID showed "Out of area," which means they are falsifying their ID.   Number comes back to Efficiency Experts Heating and Cooling, 8455 S. Florida Ave., Floral  City FL  34436.   I wasn't home and the "message" on the answering machine was garbled voices and background noise.   I'm on both the national DNC and the Florida state DNC so the call was totally illegal.   At least I now know who Not to call for heating service.

Number left on call ID- no message left. Called the number and they denied calling.

to rip you off and watch out for calls using the same number for other a/c companies too - has licenses in more than one name

to steal from you - stay way far away from these people or any other AC company unless you call them and then get a few estimates and you might get a reputable on that way. Florida is teeming with ripoff AC contractors these days. BTW - speaking from experience with this company and the one they say bought them out that is actually owned by the same person!

I hate them (and all persons who rip off the elderly) with a passion. They came to my dad's telling him they bought out Efficiency Experts and are now Cool-Aid and that Efficiency Experts had been a ripoff company.I was on them like a hawk so they didn't try to rip him off that day, but they've come back (by sending other people) and have been calling him even though the system was supposed to be "running fine" when I was in his house. When I wasn't there it cost him $875 for most likely nothing and the thing of it is turns out Efficiency Experts is still up and running and apparently is owned by the same person as Cool-Aid. So pretty much they go around bad mouthing themselves to steal from people.

THIS COMPANY RIPPED MY MOM OFF. THEY TRICKED HER INTO THINKING SHE NEEDED A NEW A/C UNIT(although the unit was fine) AND NOW THE UNIT HAS BROKEN DOWN 3 TIMES SINCE SHE GOT IT, THE THIRD TIME IS WHILE I AM TYPING THIS MESSAGE. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT!

called 09/01/2009 in a.m.  Left no message.

Got 2 calls from this number.  First one: I answered, heard nothing, then a pre-recorded message started and I immediately hung up.  Second call: I answered and got a real person.  I asked why they were calling me and woman launched into a diatribe about heating/cooling units.  Asked again, "why are you calling me?" She hung up.  I have no previous relationship with this company so they have no right to call me as I am on the DNC list.  Furthermore, they may be nothing more than a scam.  I'm going to the consumer affairs sight to check out the company and will write again if I learn anything.

Called me at 9:24AM on Tues. 1-6, got announcement from my machine on 4th ring, immediately hung up. Caller ID says "Unknown Name", number "03" in top right corner of display indicates that it's the 3rd time that number has called my number over unknown period of time.

Got a call from this number. a web search returned this company: "Efficiency Experts Heating & Cooling". Don't know why they called.
