My call is the exact same thing as Miss. Lisa Peppan, same order number too (140). I also am worried about how they got my information, my address. When I advise Mark to bill me he made an unpleasnt sound, and hung up on me. Well, at least I just installed hidden camera's & when someone approches my home, I get an alert on my cell and can see who and whats going on, plus the police station is around the corner. I hope these posting are a wait of people's time, I hope something is being dome about this.

I got the same thing. Be careful people. They've been calling me for 2 weeks now. I finally answered. I got the order number 140 also. And then when the guy called back for my info I refused to give it and told him I have no money. But what worries me is how they got my number, name and address?

Got the call from a guy named *john* saying that I had won gift cards adding up to 250 dollars and to buy 4 magazines for 3 dollars a month when I said sure he gave me a conformation number of 140 and told me his name then hung up. 10 mins later guy named mark called me confirming it and I said that I wasnt intrested anymore and he told me that I couldnt cancel and hung up. How do they have my information? Do they they actually take money from me?

I got this same call this morning on my cell phone. The first was at 9:12 am PDST. I had won 5 or 6 gift cards totalling $250.00 AND three free magazine. The person making the call said her name was Nicole, she was personable and admitted being new to the job and asked that if her supervisor called back to please say she'd done a good job. Over the course of the phone call she talked me into two more magazines; we were on the phone for 14 minutes. She did ask an odd question: which credit card gave me the most satisfaction; I said Visa but offered no other credit card info. She then verified my mailing info, told me that mine was order number 140, suggesting that I should write both her name and the order number down, which I did, an we then exchanged pleasantries and ended our call.
My cell phone rang again at 9:42 am, from the same number 352-792-1325. It was Mark calling to confirm my 60 weeks order. When he started talking about credit cards, I stopped him and said Nicole had mentioned nothing about me needed to pay with a credit card. Mark said that was because Nicole didn't handle payments (he used another phrase but this was the gist of it). My response was, "Had I known--" at which point Mark cut me off, snarled, and I quote, "Thanks for wasting my time, Lisa." and abruptly ended the call. This call lasted 3-and-a-half minutes.
Less than five minutes later, I called 352-792-1325 back using my roommate's landline rather than my cell phone and left a complaint on their voice mail --the recorded voice identified the business only as the Fulfillment Center. After leaving a message very much like the above, I said my next call would be to the Better Business Bureau, something I will be doing as soon as I learn more than the phone number --a cell phone by the way-- is out of Gainesville, Florida, and their carrier is "Bandwidth.com CLEC LLC - FL" Their physical location is in the block bounded by NW 8th Ave and NW 7th Ave, and NW 1st Street and NE 2nd Street.
Initially, I thought the call was from one of the contests I have entered but having gone through my notes, it wasn't. AND my cell phone number has been registered with the Do Not Call Registry for over a year.

They say you have won $250 in bonuses or something and you get mags for a certain price each month. Don't know how they got my number and they certainly will not get any debit information from me.

The biggest scam ever and the biggest a**hole you could deal with once you call him out on being a scammer. Their "customer service" number is 18002694147 ext 6200 and her name is Kim. This is who I dealt with afterword with dealing with the male "manager" that repeatedly told me I was rude and would not get a refund or be able to cancel.

Probably calling the catalog of numbers. Had my name wrong.
| John Butcher 2012-12-05 15:54:44 Unknown |
Same as others. First call says you get this stuff free, next call they want your card number. If he doesn't get it, he hangs up. SCAM. I'd like to know how they got the cell number.

Has anyone ever had anything charged to them after they told them they changed their mind?
| Kim 2012-05-31 22:04:01 Unknown |
My son just got the call also. He didn't give out his debit info, but when the supervisor called back right after the first call me son said forget it. The guy said it was too late and hung up.
