I got a call from this number and when I answered no one was on the line. So I called back and it said I wasn't allowed to call from my phone! I then blocked the number.

Same thing here!! Denied the call and same (354) # called back within a minute.
Some loser scamming for $$$ instead of contributing to the better.

I missed a call from this number. When I tried to call it back it said that this had been changed or disconnected.
