It started with 360-460-5984, then 360-461-4895, 360-460-3786, 360-461-3770, and it is averaging 5 calls a day.  My wife accidently answered this first call thinking it was me - (Coast Guard Aux).

Write our Congress and Senate. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in jail, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved.
Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.

These calls are coming from call centers in Costa Rica and India and they are using spoofed (false)
numbers, which in itself is illegal. They do cold calling for or sell the leads to numerous companies in
this country and they know that what they are doing is illegal. Tomorrow this same number may be selling Cruises, Timeshares or Security Systems but if you follow the money it usually ends up in the hands of an American LLC. Keep complaining to the FTC and FCC, and start bugging our politicians to pass laws to make it punishable in criminal court instead of handing out fines that they don't pay. Another course of action is to contact phone companies to find out why they won't block spoofed numbers. With today's technology that should be an easy thing to do, unless they are somehow profiting from the use of their systems.

Robocalls are illegal unless you have given them prior permission in writing (not worded into some small
print contract from a 3rd party) and are absolutely illegal to a cell phone.  The Telephone Consumer
Protection Act permits individuals who have received certain unlawful telemarketing, such as junk faxes
or telemarketing calls, to sue the violator in state courts where they may be awarded up to $1500 for
each violation.

I read the first page and what strikes me odd is that my co-worker just got verizon.  I called him (the first time I ever called a verizon mumber that I'm aware of) and four minutes later I get this call.  Would it be coincidence? or a marketing ploy to get me to purchase something?
My "name" explains my concern.

Btw when you file the complaint, you put your number first instead of the number that called you. If you don't, it won't work and you get an error. You put the callers number on the page that asks the name of the company that called, there is no reason why it won't take your complaint unless you put the number that called you twice. What is the phone number that received the call? That is where you put YOUR number, the next page is pretty obvious. Not hard for the complaint to not go through unless you fail at first grade reading comprehension.

I have been getting plenty of phone calls from different #'s Today's number was 360-460-5984. From Washington. I did not answer because I knew it was a telemarketer. I see many people here are complaining. I tried to use a link to the complaint center but it won't take the number. It's not letting me. This is getting old. During the day and some people say everyday at the same time. I blocked this #. Thank You.

I Just got one today. I have AT&T and they have something called smart limits. You can block up to 30 phone numbers. Some of these I have heard are also from Medical companies. If you have outstanding medical bills. I have already blocked the number that called me. It was :
360-460-5984. I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Sometimes if you answer they know you are a (real ) Person and they steal your # and use it for illegal activity. I have heard. You can track down phone numbers and they even show you where they a located. In Seconds. I use it. This # is a Telemarketer. So don't answer the phone. I have been getting calls from colleges too. i listened to the message and answered there questions and after a "travel expert" came on to tell me how i would get my tickets. She came on and said all she needs is my name and birthday. i asked her if this was a scam to steal my info and she said no so i gave her my name and a fake birthday. she then said i'd receive a call from a ?travel agent? to explain how i will receive my tickets within 3 days and to go to the website www."somthing"criuse.com and give your phone number for somthing idk. Probably not smart but i havn't heard from them since. i'm not to worried about them draining my account i only have $30 in there they can have at it if they want it that bad.

wow, lots of peeps getting calls with this number.  Just received a call on cell phone.  Like most cell phone, you can make the number go directly to voice mail, which is what I am doing now.  I love this site, it is so helpful to screen calls.

I've been getting calls from that number too.  Makes me wonder how they got my home phone number since it is unpublished (supposedly).  I was getting calls from other numbers advertising cruises, but whoever is calling me from this number doesn't leave a message.

Didn't answer, but number looked vaguely familiar. Have received calls with the ship's horn in the past. Do you suppose anyone ever actually buys anything from these people? Sure keeps me busy answering all of these annoying calls!
