This man is a con artist. He is using this number to be reached to work out lease agreements for a Manhattan apartment. He tells potential renters that he is away on business and expects a deposit over the net to view the apartment.
If you talk to this man, you are getting involved in something that you should walk away from.

Yes. The notes posted are true as I sent $850.00 via MoneyGram to take listing off Craigslist. I have a signed lease agreement, but can not contact him. He claimed to me to be in Chicago at this name/address
