I suspect the subject phone number, 360-633-9318 may be the same scammer as that associated with 360-633-9168: posted here http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-360-633-9168.

It's been my experience the fly-by-night telecom providers like Level3, Global Crossing (which owns the 9318 number), etc. tend to sell big chunks of exchanges to junk callers so I'd think 9318 and 9168 are both to be ignored.  I'm curious about other posters' thoughts, though.
