I rec'd a text from this music download place, as well a few days ago. I text them back "NOT INTERESTED, DO NOT TEXT THIS CELL PHONE ACCOUNT AGAIN".
We also have a limited text plan, so I didn't appreciate an unsolicited text + having to use one to reply.
My cell phone number has also been registered for "do not call". Maybe all of these unsolicited calls and texts should be forwarded to the Indiana Attorney Generals's office? I had one on my land line, about 2 years ago, and the AG's office was very good in their follow-up of my complaint.

I got the same txt msg on 2/8/2009.

"We at weRmp3.com sincerely apologize if you have received an SMS test message to your mobile phone advertising our website, from another mobile phone, and have not opted into any such type of advertising. Our marketing vendor has guaranteed that all mobile number will only be "opt-in" numbers. But a few numbers will fall through the cracks. Again, for this we sincerely apologize.
Simply reply to the text message "STOP" and you will be removed."
