These apparent scam-artists call me at a times when their offices are closed. When you call back and get into their automated system and enter your phone number you are told your phone number is not associated with any account they have. Then these apparent criminal scums VIA their robot machines ask you to enter a mobile number probably so they can harvest it and sell it. They claim to be a subcontractor for Comcast. I have never had an account with Camcast. i suspect that these good-for-nothings at On Call Technology are just using any phone numbers they can dummy up to be able to claim to Comcast they are making phone calls and that they can be paid for calls that never should have been made. These are robot calls and its my understanding that such automated calls are illegal under Federal Law especially when used for telemarketing which I suspect is the bottom line for these goof-balls.

I received a call from this number stating they were Comcast about not retuning equipment. This is a sales call to sell you a cruise. Don't call them and don't waist your time calling Comcast as they are clueless.

Comcast - pre-recorded message requesting equipment return. Returned my equipment weeks ago. Will call back to say they sent message in error.

Keep getting these calls to return equipment. Don't even have anything to do with comcast. I just keep blocking the number but it annoys me to death!

These people have called me twice (once at 9:00am on a Saturday) claiming my equipment has not been returned. I have a UPS receipt that is proof it reached it's destination 5 days ago. How do I get these people to stop calling me? I tried to call them back and couldn't get a live person to talk to. I don't have time for this, and I don't like them calling me incessantly.

In a war with Comcast-they claim I never returned equipment. I UPS mailed it per instructions. These jerks called me @ 8:15 on a Saturday morning. No message.

We keep getting calls from this company - On Process Technology. They are stating that we have not returned our Comcast equipment from over a month ago when we cancelled their services. After the first call I called Comcast directly & they issued me a ticket number after I recited the date, time, & all the equipment we returned. The problem is we do not have any proof of returning the equipment. Comcast instructed my husband & a bunch of other people waiting in line to return equipment, to simply place the equipment in a large drop box, USPS mail box style only with Comcast logo, directly outside their facility. The serial numbers would allow them to track who returned equipment. The lady I spoke with at Comcast assured me that this matter was closed & yet here we are getting these calls again. It's funny they only call after their business hours. We never get to speak with a rep directly. They leave a canned message & when you attempt to call them back they're closed. They ask when you would like them to return your call, but they never return during that time, they wait until after their business hours. I'm blocking the calls. This is ridiculous.

Got same call yesterday saying I needed to return equipment (on voicemail). Called Comcast this morning and they don't deal with OnProcess Technology. The Comcast person is submitting a ticket for further investigation of this company. I suggested getting their Legal department involved. She agreed.

I've canceled my comcast internet, was not happy at all with the service. And we returned out equipment, this number still calls me, so weird! I hope they wont send me a bill :/

I discontinued my service and even had my equipment returned, and this number called me just the other day and didn't leave a message.

had downgraded my service and they called immediately regarding the return of my equipment. When I explained I had just downgraded and would need to mail the equipment back they said they would provide a return box with postage paid. However they were mistaken in what I needed to return. I had just cancelled the cable tv but kept the internet and they thought I needed to return my router. I explained that to them and thought that would be the end of the calls. It has been over a week and they are still calling numerous times during the day when I am not in but they never leave a message.

Hi,
I already have an appt for 12/8 for a tech to come out and pick up the motem and hook me up, was told that they just needed to flip switch outside but cable and internet still not working, spoke to Comcast Monday 12/3 and made the appt for the tech to come out and fix it, they will also be picking up that motem, is there anything else you need me to do???
