They called and asked for my son, who does not live here. No ID on the caller ID but it was a local call so I answered it.
I was not sure who it was but told them he did not live here.I gave the number to my son. He called and then told me it was a telemarketing company in Corpus Christi.

I am being bombarded by 1-800 numbers and calls from the  Dominican Republic / Santo Domingo area.

Said they were a Financial Services Company and that I may need their Service

I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call list...

They hang up on you when you say "TAKE ME OFF YOUR F****NG CALL LIST"

or  "GET A REAL JOB"

I actually talked to the person since it showed up as a local number for me in Texas.  It was from the democrat party asking for $100.00 for the cause.  Since politicians get their own money (and billions and billions of dollars to waste), I said that I do not contribute to political parties and left it at that and said goodbye and hung up.
I will block this number in case they did not get the message and since political get a free ride with the do not call list.

keep receiving calls from 361-520-4468 and Unknown, pick up the receiver and receive no response.

Received several calls from this number in mid-August. This one is the first this month. I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

They're still calling. My call blocker's on, so all I get is a signal that a number did try to call. Glad to know it's nothing more than a nuisance call.

Did they ever try to call you back after that?

They asked for me by name, and then said that they were with Barack Obama's campaign, and then asked me who I was planning to vote for in the upcoming TX primary.  When I told them Hillary, the person said "thank you" and that was it.

I get 2 or 3 calls from this number every day on my work phone.  When I answer, they ALWAYS hang up.  This has been going on for just over a month.  I am not sure why they would be calling and not wanting to speak to anyone.  I called the number back and an automated message says the name of the company (but it's not very clear the name *sounds like Mayer Associates or something*) and it says "We are calling to speak to you about some of our politcal candidates.  We're sorry we missed you.  We will try again."  How dumb is that?

Called again today, I picked up and they asked for Carolyn James.

I've never heard of that person before.

I got a call from this this morning, no message.

I've received calls from this number on our house line for weeks -- 3x-4x a day, but on the caller ID, it says "UNKNOWN NUMBER". They even call on Sundays, so it's not a bill collector, and they're calling as late as 9:00. It's getting annoying.
