If you had won, you wouldn't receive a text message, email or phone call.  You'd receive a letter, certified or registered mail.  If you did enter a 2nd chance lotto drawing, then I'm sure you still have the ticket, right?  Then, you should contact the company name and address on that ticket.

Tiffany -

Have you actually read any of the posts in this thread?
The ones with the big red stamp are BUSTED ... indicative of a scam
The others tell you it is a scam.

Do you understand "scam"?

I received a text message also from Guilin classic promo draw, from Mr.charles wei, I am very skeptical about their claims saying that I have won a large sum of money, they even email me a winning notification form that looks legit, only reason that would cause me to have some belief in this so called scam is because I have entered in a 2nd chance drawing from a scratch off lotto ticket. if any one has any info they would like to share please do

Don't worry about "Raja" too much here Badge. He's just another fool that thought he was crafty. You know we see them all the time. They expose themselves with very little help. This one will be back. It'll just take him an hour or two to compose a rebuttal....which will further prove what a sad excuse he is for a bi-pedal insect.
Live Well.

You CANNOT win a contest you never entered, or bought a ticket on. ANY request for funds to claim a prize is FRAUD. The slightest mention of a wire transfer (Western Union, MoneyGram, etc.) is a 100% guarantee it is a fraud. NO real business, Corporation, or Government Agency uses wire transfers. NONE. The are the payment choice of criminals because they are untraceable cash. ATTENTION: If you are a new reader to 800 notes any positive post for a lottery win, loan, prize, gift, etc. are all FAKE. They are planted posts by foreign Asian/African criminals.

You morons just seem to overlook the fact that you're dealing with people here that deal with smoke-blowing frauds on a daily basis. We take apart frauds for a hobby. Do you actually think you're up to the challenge of contradicting a regular on this site? Give it your best shot! Bring on some verifiable information! You won't. We know why.
You're way out of your league here. Give it up right now or suffer the humiliation you'll endure every time you post. We even have a name for fraudsters like you. You're called a "Pre-emptive Shill". What? Did you think you were coming up with a novel idea? Think again! If you thought you were ready to swim in the deep end of the pool, get ready to drown!
Go ahead, play with me. We'll be waiting & watching.

I keep wondering why anyone in his right senses will just get on a computer and type trash like you just did. Do you think anyone will be that dumb to come to a public forum to tell the whole world she's got some funds she would like to confirm the source when she doesn't have such funds in the real sense of it? Or what could have warranted that ill-conceived thought of yours that all commenters on her post are illiterates. How could you have called someone a fraud when she hasn't solicited money from anyone or tried to swindle anyone? I wonder why you have chosen to tell the whole world you are an idiot.

I could get long winded & go in to detail about why you're such a lying scum-bag. What would be the point? We know you're a fraud. You know you're a fraud. Case closed. Go spout your BS somewhere else. We're tired of you illiterate Scamsters!

Whitney,I can authoritatively tell you that what you have won is real,go to your bank and make your verifications. I was more than skeptical at first when I won in the same category in 2005. To God be the glory I'm living the kind of life I have always fantasized. I am Raja from Mumbai, India

Um ... did you actually enter a drawing with a company in Provo, Utah, USA?

>>  I did what was requested of me

Exactly what did they request?
Did they tell you to Western Union some money to them, before they sent you the prize?

>>  I got a call from my bank that my funds is ready.

Are you absolutely positive that call was from YOUR bank?
Suggest you call your bank, or check your account online, if you can.

I got a text from Guilin classic promo draw that ive won a million dollars and subsequently got calls from their agent in USA,Charles Wei on 385-200-1751. I did what was requested of me and i got a check of 1million dollars,i deposited  it in my account and now I got a call from my bank that my funds is ready. Im nervous as i do not know what to do. I have read a lot about scams,i asked the lottery company if I would have to send some of the money back and they told me all belongs to me. I am based in Canada
