This person wants to pay "RIGHT NOW" by PayPal. It's complete crap. He's not the only one - there's also 503-406-8412 and 251-824-0894. They refuse to pay in cash & say they'll pay for shipping & have someone pick it up. It's all just one lie after another to get your Paypal info. Do not tell them your name, address, or Paypal email / info. They're English is broken.
