I just got the same call...the guy was very threatening he told me he was calling law enforcement and my supervisor...I called FPC and reported the issue. They stated that it was a pay day loan scam and to not answer the phone. I would recommend everyone to report this issue and also put a fraud alert on your social security number.

Same story here. He called my work making threats- saying there was a warrant. Tried to get me to settle out of court, make full payment TODAY or I would be aressted. (For a payday loan from Cash Advance that I never received). From Delveny Law Office in New Jersey. Phone # 732-230-4253. Claimed his name was Steve Hard. I did call my lawyer. If anyone recieves similar calls like this, report it to the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357. They will give you a reference #.

I had the same guy call me and day the same thing to me. Is there anyway we can do something about this. My boss actually had the same guy calling her with the same information.

I also just had a guy call me with a foreign accent saying that I was being sued and I will be arrested for some money that had been deposited into my account from a payday loan. I never got a payday loan and had no money sent to my account. He stated that he will have police come and get me from my job and arrest me. He also had all my info like my address social and work place. We nd to get this guy reported so he can get arrested!!

I also just received a call from this foreign guy.  He tried to tell me he's an attorney Eric Mathews and told me that we would answer all my questions but to not interupt him when he was talking.  I have no clue what he's talking about and he's up to shenanigans and gv me his direct # to call him back before 6 since I'm at work.  He gave me 386-232-1202 ad his direct line.  He also said my social and I told him it was wrong. He said there was legal action being filed against me after 6 today.  These people are nuts.  I'm ready to unload on someone.  There needs to be a way to stop this.  I don't need calls at work.

This guy has also called us today. He had my social and other info he didnt need to have. Im scared this might be an identity theft so people please be careful and watch your credit reports. If there is any way to make this stop we all need to somehow find it. I wonder if there is any way we can all rally together and maybe turn him in somehow to someone and make this stop. If anyone knows any more info please it would help to make it stop.

I have been continously harrased by a man with an foreign accent from this number also, he calls all the time and when I hang up he calls back repeatedly, he's very DISRESPECTFUL and calls my work phone also. I so wish I can put a stop to this. If anyone knows please tell me!!!

Received a call from this number at ungodly early morning hour, and sent it to voicemail. My phone started ringing again almost immediately, and I sent it to voicemail again (as I didn't recognize the number). The caller left a 1 minute message for "Julie" in an extremely thick, difficult to understand accent. He didn't say the name of his company, just that this "Julie" needed to call back right away and not to disregard the call. He said her social security number and repeated that she must not ignore this call. At the end he said, "Have a very blessed day." I would almost label this call as a prank call, but I'm not sure.

I wish there were a better way to report calls like this.

I received a call today from the above # from a Mr Marsh saying that I was being charged with all kinds of law violations. The E-mail address they gave me was www.Delveny Law Assoc .gov. The gov caught my eye imediately as I know there would be know government web sight collecting a supposed pay day loan. Which by the way I never took.. They said I took a pay day loan from Cash Advance .com whom I never heard of. He had a very thick Indian accent and when I got conveniently disconnected and called back I believe I got the same person even though I was told he was busy and could not come to the phone.

Same thing just happen to me... he called me a f*cking B$tch and said that we was truning me into the police.

This guy called claiming to be a debt collector on behalf of Fast Bucks payday loan.  Foreign accent, very hard to understand, refused to put a supervisor on.  Debt supposedly 6 or 7 years old, but they hav yet to send me anything in writing,  This same person called me many times after that, leaving very threateniung messages and harrassing me.  Said would sue me, file criminal charges, and have me arrested.  I am reporting this to everyone I can think of.  I tried to call back to get a supervisor, and got the same "gentleman  he also tried to get my social security number and other private information, which I refused to do.  He also left a threatening message on my supervisors phone for me.  I would like to lock this company and their representativer up and throw away the key.  I think it is a total scam, but people should not be able to treat other people this way.

Threatening voicemail for an employee under me. Foreign accent. Says our employee must call immediately or face legal consequences.

Then what happened?

i got a call saying that i owed money to a fastcash pay day and this guy saids that i need to send the money right away.
