Gentleman calling looking for a donation for the US Military... don't believe it.

This is exactly what happened to me. I called the 1-301# and option #3 was to remove your # - it took just over a minute to be removed.

Since the cable company wants to bother me to spend more money I can afford. I will just drop their a**!

I have been getting calls every night from this number for a week now.  No message is left...and when I call back it says that the number has been disconnected.

I just received a call from this number...i let it go to voice mail since I couldn't get to the phone fast enough and they didn't leave a message.

I got the same call on cell phone, no message! Call # back, and get the same "disconnected" message...btw, the message IS NOT from the carrier/operator, it is generated from that number to any incoming calls! (I have the put that same message on my answering machine to stop telemarketers!!)
So beware of those unknown numbers!!!

Called at 7:34pm 4/4/12. I missed the call and did not return it. I know no one in Florida or who would be in Florida.

Started getting a call from this number 1/12/12 - I've been getting a call about every other day at all different times. I never answer - they never leave a message.

I also get a  call from this number. It is said for charter promotion

Received a call from this number.When you return the call, it says the phone number is not in service, but a search says it is a land line in Daytona Beach Florida.

I just signed up for Time Warner Cable....been getting the calls too.

It all makes sence now .... we just signed up for time Warner cable and started getting calls from 888 # first then the 386 and no message. Gotta love those telemarketing companies ........

Received call today, once answered, nobody was there (no connection seemed to be established).
After I called back, "number disconnected".

Missed the phone call. I called back and a message came up saying "phone number is disconnected and no longer in service". First time received. I didn't even recognize the area code until I looked it up. Florida???? Why would they call all the way from florida, if I live in california? I hate scams.

I have received multiple calls from this number and no message is left.When I call back it states this number is no longer in service......grrrrrrrr.

Getting unwanted calls from 386-944-6331 and also from 386-944-6100.  Please get them to stop.

Just got a call on my cell. I did get a sales call from Comcast recently, and I do have service with them. Don't know if that has anything to do with anything. This is my first call.

Just got a call from this number also. When I answered there was no one there. I tried calling them back and got a message that the number had been disconnected or was no longer in service.

They just called me at dinner time, on my cell.
How can we stop these incessant calls all day every day including Sunday?
I have an answering machine so they have to speak ir they want an answer, and then I can tell them not to call. But almost none ID themselves. What's the matter with the telephone company that they can't stop them in these days of such high tech.

I answered the call.  They claimed it was Verizon checking on the service

Pretty sure this number is from the company www.evergreensales.net if you go to their contact section they give you instructions on how to be added to their do not call list.

The reason I suspect this is I got a call from 888-289-3188 first.  Turns out it's a number for a cable company.  This number only called once and now I get calls from 386-944-6331.  I signed up for cable probably 2 days before I started receiving the calls.  Searching online for the 888 number I ended up finding Evergreen.  Evergreen is a telemarketing company that makes calls for cable companies.  Checking out their contact section you'll see they have the same area code.  I only just found all this out so I don't know if this is the exact reason but it makes sense to me.
