I called the # back from another land line, and the message has stated that this phone # was shut down by the federal trade commision. This was a scam, and it was an attempt to gain financial information.

Received a text msgs from this number advising me that my debit card had bee "frozen". When I called the voice-activated system immediately asked for my debit card number. Very very fishy.

Got this text. Same number but said my achieve account was frozen. I dont have any achieve account. Also gave 441858xxx acount number. The fact that it had a frowny imicon pretty much gave them away.

Got a txt from this number asking me to call. When I did it said my debit card had been compromised and to enter my 16 digit number in order to avoid card suspension. Do not give them any bank info!

Also got a text asking me to call this number. It said that I had an "achieve account frozen". It came from 4431@vtext.com. My husband and I got the same text at the same time. Called Verizon and they said that it was a phishing text.
