I got a few calls from this number a while back, I didn't pick up. I happened to answer this afternoon and I guess it was a call from some research company called Opinion Factor. They asked me a couple political questions about the election next month, that explains why they never leave a dang message? They didn't ask for any kind of personal info, I wouldn't have given it anyhow! I think they probably just call until you do their surveys.
BTW: Fred, lay off the reefer... welcome to the spam-age my friend

Received a call today from this number -- no caller ID; no voice mail left.
They suck, whoever they are.

I was just called on my cell phone by this number, I make a habit of not answering unknown numbers on my cell until I can look them up and find out who they are. I'm just appreciative of sites like this that try to at least provide a service for savvy phone users who don't want to be bothered with such calls. I don't plan to call them back and I will ignore further calls.

Our Experience: My wife received a call from this number recently on her cell phone and then on our home phone - and now on my work phone (after changing our cell phone numbers and home phone numbers, for other reasons). We believe this is part of a ?phishing scam?.
What We Know: We have been stalked and terrorized for about 2-1/2 years by a group of people in Kansas City Missouri ? and believe illegal wire taps have been installed on our phone numbers.
This same effort is apparently duplicated over e-mails. We have received at least 600,000 fraud / identity theft / virus e-mails during this time (most traced back through a Web Hosting Service and/or their affiliates of St. Louis Missouri).
Their Apparent Goal: Theft of any information they can get ? through reverse lookup services followed by wire taps - especially account numbers, passwords, etc., followed by theft of real accounts, real assets, and real money (with account numbers, passwords, etc., that they steal).
Recommendation: Do not give these people any information what-so-ever; do not call these people back; and block their numbers any way you possibly can.

Whoever this is calls all the time. No answer. It is on my cell so I just ignore it when his number shows up. Got fed up today, got woke up early after working all night and told whomever to take me off their freakin list. How can I contact a cell phone to stop these idiots from calling

Calls every day for a month so far. Never leaves message. My number is on the DNC list for the last several years and I'm sure I have not contacted them to get on their "list" of "to call." Has to be sales of some sort since they keep calling and don't leave message.

Calls at least once daily - never leaves a message

Has called my cell phone 5 times over the past week; never leaves a message. Calling back gets a recorded message indicating that the company is "Opinion Factor".

Called Oct 8 2007 11:00am, I think he also said Opinion Factor and he said he was calling on behalf of APC, the computer battery company. He would not state his purpose for calling but said would call back. Oh lucky me.
