Robocall political survey.  No way to talk to anybody.

Can you tell me how to file a don not call registry complaint?   I would have no problem doing that with every call I get from these guys and others that bother me regularly.

For the last several weeks I have been getting calls from number 401-415-5042. It is very aggravating  because they just call and then hang up. Sometimes I will receive two of these calls in the same day. It would be nice to know how a person can go after someone like this that has nothing better to do than make harassing phone calls.

Called today. No one there - open line.

So, Kevin  -- are you a Majic Jack user....or did that message indicate a Majic Jack being used by the telemarketer?

Got two calls the past two weeks from this number. I am on the Do Not Call List. Young girl called and asked for my daughter. I called back and go a "Can't get through due to a Magic Jack error"

My father who is elderly got a call from them. They started asking him a survey about banking information. He declined after they started asking questions. I filed a do-not-call complaint.

Same as all the other comments. 3 rings and no message. Land line is getting to be a real pain.

Been getting calls every day for several days. Rings about 3 times and no one is there.

If anyone can find the name of the company, please post it so a search can be done for the top people. Then search for their home phone numbers and call them incessantly at all hours of the day and night.

Multiple calls from this number and they never say anything.
We need new laws to stop all the annoying calls ... it's getting out of control.  The do not call list needs to be expanded and enforced with severe financial consequences for violators.

I wouldn't answer ANY call from Rhode Island.
What good could anybody in Rhode Island be up to? I mean, really!
I have no friends in 401 and don't plan to have any.

Anyone expecting a call from Rhode Island probably should have borrowed money from a legitimate bank instead of from a loan-shark. Or they should regret their ancestry.
I mean Rhode Island? Honestly, the cheeky gall of some of these desperadoes. They must think everyone is stupid.

Just got my third call of the day from 4014155042.  Just let it ring and they hung up after 3 rings.  Filed another do-not-call complaint.  Best way to deal with these jerks is to not answer any call from the 401 area code.  They won't leave a message on the answering machine and will hang up after three rings.  Maybe eventually they will stop calling if they can never get an answer.

2 calls from them today.  Did not answer either one. Filed do-not-call registry complaints both times.  Believe they are searching for active phone numbers that are answered, so that they can sell these numbers to other telemarketers.

it says Rhode Island call. The guy wanted to conduct a survey. he had a british accent but the minute i told him to please take us off the list his accent disappeared. :/
