Received a call answered and heard a brief part of a word then they hung up. Also changed the area code but always ending in 9998. PITA

Changed area codes several times but always ends with 9998. Rings twice, three times at most and hangs up. I answered once and got no person on the phone. Won't let me call back since it rings to an invalid number. I want them to go away!

This phone number keeps calling me. I answered once and they hung up. They call me while I'm at work, while I'm in bed, just all the time.

Pretty much any number with 9998 seems to be them. Suspiciously I started getting these calls after I associated my number with Facebook which really annoys me that Facebook decided to give my number to a telemarketer or surveyor if that's the case.

What is this number associated with?? All day I was getting a call every 2 hours from 525-9998 and now this number (845-9998) is starting to call. Rings 2-3 times and hangs up.

I answered, it is some sort of survey. I hung up, but they called again. Next time I'll tell them to take me off their calling list. If that doesn't work I'll just block the number. Guy also sounded foreign.

They have been calling me from this morning. I tried to pick up but they dont stay on the line long enough for me to pick up. I call back but someone picks up after three rings and a operator picks up saying the number is out of service.

They've called 3 times in less than 24 hours, it only rings for 2 or 3 rings then they hang up. It keeps coming up as Newport RI and it wont let me call them back.
