This number started calling on 01/24/12, at least 4 or 5 times. All caller ID says is "Rhode Island". Started at 8:30a, on 01/25/12. Hangs up in 5 seconds when my machine answers. I get a "Number not in Service" if I return the call.

The only message on my machine is "Hello?" then hang-up.

401-883-2288 calls the condo office freqyebtkt,The person calling cannot be understood. A call back to the number shows the number is not in service.
