Annoyed, the DNC is for telemarketers only.. Political, charity's and some surveys are exempt from it. However, you can go to the persons (candidates) web page if they have one, and send them a DNC from their contact us page.  Tell them their callers need to do a better check on who is in their jurisdiction and who is not and that they also need to use the Political DNC list before calling anyway.  It can help cut down on these type of calls.
