Good customer service?  The worst!  My mom was supposed to have a technician at her house between 9am and noon.  It is now 3pm and no one has even called her.  I have called multiple times today trying to get someone to come fix her cable.  Their customer service center keeps hanging up on me (or the call disconnects multiple times) and then they don't even call you back.  Then you have to explain everything all over again to a new representative.  So frustrating.  And now I get a call from this number in Omaha and it's just dead air.  No one answers.  They're a hot mess.

It is Comcast related.  I called them a few days ago and my call got disconnected.  They called back from this number, (a man with foreign accent) saying they would call me back in 5 minutes.  I called comcast under their normal number and had my issue resolved.  Meanwhile this man called back in  5 minutes but i told him it was takrn care of.  He didnt speak eith the normal comcast protocol. I wondered if they had somehow intercepted the first call i made to comcast that was so weirdly disconnected and may be fishing for info to steal my identity.  

I also had the same situation. I did not answer the phone because I did not recognize the number, but when I called back a  minute later, it just keeps on ringing. Adam, I don't think it's Comcast.

It's Comcast. I called them. My call was dropped. They called back. Good customer service.

Answered, dead air, called back, rang 28 times then disconnected

Got call from this number at work and they hang up after one dial.  Called back and no one picking up.
After that came to know that is telemarketing.  Getting these type of calls recently.

They were calling to check to make sure everything was working properly after a recent move.
