Very rude people calling asking about my smoke detectors in my house, I told them to stop calling my house, they just keep saying we are not selling anything.  Not one person that has called me speaks English well at all and it's very hard to understand what they are saying.  I finally understood Safeguard, during this last call. Because she got rude with me, I got rude right back.  I'm sure they'll call again this week.  They have been calling for months.

I am very ill and have been on the do not call list but this number calls at alll times. I am very sick and there is no cure and this number calling all the time isbecoming very upsetting.
PLEASE MAKE THIS PERSON STOP CALLING!!

I love the one where the lady complains that it's upsetting because she's very ill.. as if the automated phone dialer knows of your ailments.  get a clue, weirdos.. telemarketers aren't trying to dupe you or play with your mind.. they just want your money and/or information to complete their surveys.  That's how they get paid.  Think about it before you make these crazy posts.. "THEY WON'T STOP"  (get a phone with a blocking feature and be done with it..)

I have reveived many calls from this number, usually asked for Richard Broderick.  Just now they asked for Mrs. Richard Broderick.  They said it had something to do with Florida and wanted to know if I had a smoke alarm.  I hung up.

this person has call my number for a few days now.  it kept asking am i speaking to mr hewitt.  problem is there no Mr. Hewitt at this residence.  Who is this people.  call them back all you get is a recording.  It does not reffered to any live person.

people english speaking with chinese accent, called me from Bank of american to survey about loan. they called from ABC-1-402-982-0440. If I received another call from them, I will report to FCC

They have called on several occasions - nothing to sell - they just want to take a survey - I reply that I'm on the do not call list , they say their not selling anything , I don't want a sales pitch , and I don't want to take a survey... Caller ID  has them as ABC....Quit bothering me !!!!!!!!!!!

Getting calls from 402-982-0440 ID comes up as unknown name or private caller. Don't usually answer when i don't know who it is. Got so many of these calls i answered to find out what they wanted. They asked about a smoke alarm survey i asked them how long it would take. Didn't want to be on the phone long with them. Don't remember word for word but was told it wouldn't be long so i said ok and it wasn't long at all. I thought ok over and done NOT they keep calling back. I told them i already took the survey don't matter they keep trying so i hang up. About three hours later they called again this time it's a guy told him the same thing. I told him i was going to report him and he said he was going to call me every day until i took the survey so i hung up on him. Haven't heard from them yet and i hope i don't.

Another call from these twits: 4029820440, now caller ID just says 'Private Caller'.  I, too, am on DO-NOT-CALL...  these jerks need to be nailed!

Starts off as a "This is a quick survey, we are not trying to tell you anything" call. Asked about alarms in the home. I asked for the name of the company (came up as ABC on caller id). I have asked...now demanded... 6 times to have my number taken off this list.  It does NOT work...help!

I asked them to take us off of thier list and they told me they wouldn't stop calling until I answered five questions. I asked to spead to a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor. I said NO MORE CALLS! and he just said OK. We'll see.

I just got a call from them, they asked for me by name, next time I am going to get a whistle and blow it as load as possible, hopefully it will burst their ear drums, maybe then they will think twice.

Called me for fist time, just kidna did the survey before really thinking, hope theyre not really using this to scam me. responded taht i do practice everything and what not on their so called list of fire prevention but i did give my first name and apon looking at this website i am fearful if my information will be used against me in some way.

We need to stop these people.  I continuously receive calls from 402-982-0440.  When I answer no one is on the other end.  When you call back you get a recording - to be removed.....  I did this on 4/30/10.  The recording asked to allow 72 hours for removal.  They just called again - I called them back 6 times in a row and each time pressed 1 to be removed from their list.  If I receive another call from them my next call will be to the FCC or someone who controls the DO NOT CALL LIST which doesn't seem to do any good!!!!!!!!!!

This company has called at least 50 times over the last year and every time I tell them that I am not interested in participating in the survey and requested to be placed on the do not call list.  Instead of being respectful, I was drilled several times as to why I did not want to participate.  Initially, I explained that I do not like to give out personal information to companies or people whom I do not know.  However, after about 10 minutes, the coller became very disgruntle with me and argued with me.  Despite my request to be placed on the do not call list, I continue to get calls, this time the id gave the 402-982-0440 number and I was called a bi*** for not wanting to participate.  Seriously???

These people call me every day.  Shows up as Omaha, NE.  This is harrasement.

These people have called me no joke for at least 6 months and have been told every time not to call again.This does not work!!!!!!!!!!Next time im going to ask name,full address contact name and for a working number then ask them to hold for a min and call it from my cell BLOCKED of course and see where i get maybe everyone else can do this.I have also filed a complaint with the fcc

this person called me and told me that she calls me every nite at dinner time bc i am rude and that they will continue to call me and that there is 100,000 of them and they will all call! she did not identify the company she worked for, her name or her supervisor's name!!! isn't this harrasment! how do i block these calls!!

I have received several calls from 402-982-0440. ABC comes up on the caller ID and they say they are "Safeguard America." They ask a lot of questions about how many smoke and CO alarms are in the house. etc.  When they asked something I didn't want to answer, I said, "That's enough."
When they called the second time, I just said they had called before and hung up.

These people continue to call our phone number and asking them to stop does nothing.  We have been on the gov't Do Not Call list for a long time and I report these idiots everytime, but they still call.  Caller ID doesn't always show more than the number that's calling.  No one in their right mind should give out any personal info to someone they do not know.

Company or whoever, called at least three times one day. They have made multiple calls in the last month or so.

Called 4/3/10.  Caller ID said Omaha Ne....402-982-0440.  I picked up.  Said surveying about fire alarms.
I asked for company name.  Said Safeguard America. Said phone number 610-258-3267.  Asked about fire alarms again and I said I am on Do not 'Call list.  He said sorry and hung up.
