They are buying information from the credit reporting agencies. They are a fraud. They insisted that the settlement would end up as paid on the credit report not settled. Stay away. Waste their time. Don't fight with them, they will sell your name to everyone.

THIS IS THE MESSAGE I SENT TO THE B.B.B. (we should all report them)
I receive at least 4-5 phone calls per day from this company. (I would be glad to provide my phone bill proving this) I have requested 5 separate times for them to never call me back, yet they still keep calling me.
The last two people I spoke with was someone supposedly called Vlad (spelling?) and Felix. Vlad decided to hang up on me when I was asking who the company was and why they keep ignoring my request. I also told him that they are breaking federal law by continuing to call me. I was asking for his name and he not only refused to tell me but he hung up on me.
I called back the phone number which I had gotten access to and I was able to speak with Felix, which called himself the branch manager and he even told me he was listening to the entire call. He also hung up on me when I was digging for more information about their company so I could press charges.
The only information I have is the Name of their company is supposedly "Mission Settlement Agency." Their call back phone number is 800-688-2852.
However the number they call from is 402-982-0700 and "Service Message" on their caller ID. You cannot talk to anyone, and you press the number that tells you that you will be removed from this companies list...but you never get removed). I've requested to be removed from their list probably around 20x now (through their fake automated system), 5 of them I verbally gave when I actually answered the phone. I would like to press charges in any way I can. Thanks

I am so sick of these calls. I never even listen past the first part. Me and my husband started getting the phone calls about 2 days after our new cell phones. I am so angry about this. It is so old already. Also BEWARE a friend of ours got a text messa. saying her credit card had been deactivated and to call a number to re activate it. The number was the same area code as this one. It was an automated answer machine and told her to put in her credit card number and exp. She just put in random stuff and it said thank you, your card has been reactivated!!!

This is has happened to me multiple times. I have pressed (1) to Talk to a Representative a couple times. The first thing they say is, "Hello, let's start off by getting the year, make, and model on your vehicle." I reply, "Well, I've got multiple vehicles, which one is this about?"
The first time I tried this, they just hung up. The second time, they replied, "It would be the most recent vehicle you have boughten between 2001 and 2009." I say, "Wouldn't you have access to the file of my vehicle?"
"Well, I'm just a [representative or something, can't quite remember], They don't give me access to those personal files."
"Oh, well which insurance company is this? I've got my vehicles on separate companies to cut down costs?"
*Click*
hope this helps.
oh, and they called me 3 times today.

Called about a vehicle warranty, i dont have a warranty on a vehicle, i have insurance. Stupid scammers... You get 2 options when you get this phone call, 1) for more info or something, and 2) to be removed off of the follow up list.
Whatever, sounds like junk to mee, i never used an option.

I received a call today at my brand new cell phone number (less than a week old) with a woman's voice recording that said it was a "second notice of vehicle warrenty expiration.." blah blah. I don't own a car and I haven't given anyone this number.
