Foolish me. I answered. The gal started by stating that this was not a sales call, then asked if she was speaking to the lady of the house. I replied "You are speaking to no one. I am blocking your number." and I hung up.
The minute anyone tells you that they are not selling something, you can be sure that's exactly what they are trying to do.

Called Sunday night May 3rd at 7:07 PM. I did not pickup. They left no message. Caller ID says SSI

I normally don't answer calls when I don't recognize the caller. For whatever reason I did this time. There was a beep sound then dead air.

been calling repeatedly. Sometimes 5 min apart. When we have answered there is a beep type sound & dead air.
